For the first two weeks I felt no burning feeling, no soreness, saw no changes, could grip well... But in the end it comes right, see my signature... See the blue words in yours!
 
No need for a "burning" felling. There is a thin line between intense & pain/injury. You can tell if your getting a nice enough pull. Penis Enlargement takes time and the wait is worth it.

What is the 1 out of the 4 exercises? I'm sure we can explain it to you so you understand the correct form.

Don't give up on your goal of 8, and all the guys who follow this thread.
 
The goal should never be pain, discomfort or even soreness, the goal is making gains. For some guys they never feel any soreness at all and make great gains.

I know exactly what your talking about. It can be sooo discouraging!!
When I was first starting out I would have days I wanted to throw in the towel because it would feel like such a waste of time; I notice a lot of guys return to Penis Enlargement after a few years with a newly motivated outlook.

What I have to say to you is even if you dont feel confident in the beginning make a commitment for a couple weeks-- You owe that to yourself- and your penis, to dedicate a little time each day. I think your routine is too advanced for you. I would completely drop all the complicated techniques. Dont give up because then you have NO CHANCE, but if you put it into perspective and give yourself an estimated amount of time you will guarantee start seeing changes and that will motivate you to work harder! PROMISE!
 
There is never a reason to stop doing Penis Enlargement when your not gaining, you only need to rework what you are doing for exercise or intensity.
 
I'm currently doing your phase 3 routine hoping that the increased intensity would promote gains. I know I sound like a bit of a whiner but I still haven't gained. I've even changed the Bundled Blasters to 30 sets instead of 100 hundred, but with 30 second holds in each direction (increasing individual stretch time). Any advice on how I can make some gains?
 
If you are struggling with Phase 3 and you have been training long enough I say jump over Phase 4 and into Phase 5 (the best phase in my opinion).
