I was reading around the forums, and have come up with a simple schedule to take advantage of different factors:

2-day
day 1- stretching,jelqing,etc.
day2- jerk off as much as "needed" lol
pc muscle can be worked whenever

It is said that gains are inhibited if 1. you do not allow proper time for healing and 2. if you jerk off around the time you Penis Enlargement, or jerk at all, for that matter.

Any input? I am also putting in the day off to try to prevent injury. I'm taking this slow 'n' steady.
 
Well some of this is dependent on your specific physiology. For any tunica gains, some people seem to be better off with 1 on 1 off like you said, some with 5 on 2 off, some with 7 on like DLD, etc. As for ligaments: if you want to lengthen your ligaments you need to stretch them every single day! No matter what make sure you have at least 15 mins of straight down stretching a day in your routine. Perform this 15 minutes even on 'rest' days.

If you want to figure out what works best for you, you'll have to experiment. No way around it.
 
I find that ejaculating once every four days or so is optimal for me. Jacking too much while doing girth in a Penis Enlargement program feels like it limits my gains, as my penis "loses" something when I ejaculate after a workout. Length, in theory, should be unaffected.
 
what about this:
8-day cycle
1: stretching kegels jerk
2: stretching jelqing
3: stretching kegels
4. stretching jelqing
5. stretching kegels jerk
6. stretching jelqing
7. complete rest day
8. stretching jelqing

jerking is not on jelq days and stretching is everyday. jelqing is only every other day to try to prevent injury and give time for healing. (wait... you dont need healing time between stretches? I don't want to overdo the stretching...)

No, you don't need healing time between stretching if you are just stretching the ligaments. Do some medical research on the stretching of ligaments: every day off sets you back 3 days of stretching. This means 7 on 1 off is only half as effective as 8 on 0 off. Fortunately it's really easy to get in some stretching every day. If you want a day to really relax and not worry about Penis Enlargement, then do only 10 minutes of stretching on that day and some piss pulls (30 seconds of stretching whenever you hit the bathroom).

i am still unsure about jelqing and the rest recommended for it, if this is not an optimal schedule for me, a newbie, if you could suggest somethign or write out your routine or a sample routine you think will work well that would be great.

If I were you I'd just go to the newbie forum and follow DLD's first routine, which is one of the stickies. If this is too much intensity, and you feel like your tissues are too fatigued to grow then scale down.
