I was reading around the forums, and have come up with a simple schedule to take advantage of different factors:
2-day
day 1- stretching,jelqing,etc.
day2- jerk off as much as "needed" lol
pc muscle can be worked whenever
It is said that gains are inhibited if 1. you do not allow proper time for healing and 2. if you jerk off around the time you Penis Enlargement, or jerk at all, for that matter.
Any input? I am also putting in the day off to try to prevent injury. I'm taking this slow 'n' steady.
