I'm sorry, I know i'm beating a dead horse since I have asked you to explain this exercise 100 times, but i'd really like to learn it and give it a shot. I'd like to see how this stretches the ligs compared to 'between the cheek' stretches.


I'm getting confused about the place you are gripping.
I understand that you are putting your hands behind your balls and then with a u grip, you grip through the skin on the inner penis. Are you gripping the top portion of the penis??
I tried this, used my thumb and index finger to grip the top of my penis close to where the base meets the pubic bone, and was able to grip underneath the ligaments. I pulled down but didn't feel anything stretching.

Sorry for the constant questions, I know I sound pathetic.

I have an exercise similar called DLD LIG STRETCH AND MASSAGE, I am terrible at finding threads so you may want to look around and see if you spot it.

Ok I think the problem is how I explain it. Lets start with the grip

Grip
The grip comes from between your ass cheecks if you are standing or under your leg if sitting. If you look down at yourself your hand will be palm up toward your face.

Find your gripping point

Grab your shaft with one hand and tilt it out from your body. You can see where your ligs are under the skin. The problem with getting the visible outside part of your penis in a grip for this is that it tends to bend at the ligs and the tension isn't as good.

Reach from underneath with your grip hand and feel below where your ligs are and form a grip that doesn't completely close around the inner shaft. you are gripping through skin and between your ligs and your shaft.

Pull down/outward. Basically lower that angle on it toward the ground.

where's the grip again?

It's below the Bone Press point. When you bone press you are measuring from your ligs and pubis out. Our grip is farther back than that. Under those ligs. You'll feel those ligs on your grip.

How many hands?
I started with just one. I am fairly high angled. Still am. So lets say Mine points at 1 o clock. I grip it and make it point to 3 o clock. At first that was plenty. Now i'm swinging all the way around to 8 o clock. Take your time working to that.

As I got a lower angle I added a second hand forcing down my head. Now I just pop the head behind the back of my leg and grip with one hand as I lower my leg. It's pretty amazing how it works.

Most important!
Do not bend the shaft in half. The whole point of this is to apply tension on the ligs.

I am starting to move my grip back up right behind the ligs as I do not have enough shaft length under there to get a real good lig stretch anymore.

How much tension?

I would say not to do too much tension. There is no need to hurt oneself. There is no rush. We all want a big cock, but a big cock that doesn't work isn't worth anything. So use steady even pressure. Pull to your stretch and hold.

No yanking on it.

Expect to hear lig pops galore as you develop gains.

It's such a simple excercise, but it seems to be hard to explain.

This is really simple once you understand how it's done and you only need to do a little bit a day. Like 2-4 stretches max.

Lately I do them under the covers when I wake up in morning. I heard a massive lig pop that ran straight up along the top of my shaft today. I'm hoping that means I get some new results out of this.

Since I have a really low angle on this stretch I can add some new moves. Sometimes I scissor my thighs together with my bone right behind them and then just arch my back and legs, that's how I got that lig pop today.
 
A new uli and horse for lower shaft girth

I have been worried about the shape of my penis. I see some guys who develop a under the shaft bulge toward the head. I want to avoid this by working my lower shaft with some manual clamps. My plan is to maintain a thicker at the base smaller at the head shape. What I have now.

Grip
Reach in like you are doing an admiral. Only you wrap your middle finger around the shaft this time. Then you use the top of your index finger to clamp against the shaft from the oppsoite side. This gives an uli type of effect only it starts from below your outisde shaft.

Reverse clamping
Now grab the top half of your shaft in your other hand and squeeze all the blood back toward the base. If you need to, kegel and pump more blood into the clamp.
 
Me neither. Well, i'm pretty sure I understand it and am attempting it properly but I don't feel anything. I feel a much better stretch when pushing down/out on my erect penis with my hand at the base, i'm pretty sure it is the ligaments that are stretching while i'm doing that.
 
I tried this one with the morning wood laying in bed. I lifted my right leg until my knee was at my chest and I could easily grab around and squeeze my thumb and index and fore finger around the shaft. I'm not real sure if I got below the ligs or on them, but it was easy to pull down because all I did was relax my right leg and push down on my arm to put the downward pull on the shaft. It's kind of a slippery grip because of the skin, so you have to pinch the fingers together through the skin pretty good. I pulled it down for about 30 seconds on 3 trys. I didn't really feel any intense lig tension... but I'll try this every morning for a week to see if I notice anything happening.

Sorry, finally got my comp back online.

No camera as of yet. I think crazyed gets it. Just grab inner penis below the point where it connects on top. Pretty simple. Just mess around with it.

I did one this morning and heard this loud snap right on the top of my bone and was convinced I'd just severed my entire suspensory lig for a minute. Ha ha.

Once you get the inner penis grip you can do alot of the other excercises with a lower grip to avoid that balloon effect with Pe where the penis bulges after leaving your body.
 
Been doing them on a few mornings and don't really get that strong stretch feeling form the ligs. I'm only holding 30 seconds though as the grip can get really slippery for me. Also doesn't the dorsal vein run though that lig area between the CC and pubic bone? I would hate to rip that thing by grabbing that area and pulling down.
