First thing is,I want to thank you for writing such a good constrictor guide,it realy is something special.As I said before in one post,your guide helped me to overcome my girth plato,but I had to avoid clamping for a while because of a tons of fluid buildup which occurred in each and every session,so I was ULIing and doing horse squeezes,with lots of jelqing which seamed to help a lot.But I stumbled on another plato at 5.2EG.I wasn`t having any progress since the end of the october,so I started clamping once again few days ago(5 days ago).I took a new approach to avoid fluid buildup from occuring.Instead of wormup with jelqing and ULIing till I reach certain expansion(for me it was 5.4 EG) now I start with standard constricor,as soon as I get solid erection.In this part of europe I can`t find cable clamp so I use mouse cable from my old wheel mouse.I can`t believe my self but I don’t have any fluid buildup although I kegel and edge almost the whole session,along side with watching adult entertainment.I believe that in my previous period of clamping main mistake was erect jelqing and ULIing before clamping because that was the way in which the fluid was drown inside the tissue,limiting pure cell expansion with blood pressure.I was fulling my self with insane expansion I was getting in that way(1 inch expansion from 4.8-5.8,and later from 5 to 6).That wasn`t a good idea.I was limiting my growth with wrong way of clamping.Fluid buildup is an issue for all clampers I guess,but if you are very well prepared for clamping as you said in your guide(say 3 months of some less demanding exercises),it can be avoided and than the real clamping beggins with the best results you can get.I experienced my self this what i`m advocating here.It`s almost winter and it`s very cold here in my home town,and I guess that effects girth so i`m sitting on solid 5.2EG(before I started clamping again).My workouts are from 30-60 mins. in standard constrictor.First 10 mins. i`m doing nothing more,than the next 10-15 mins i`m just kegeling,and the rest of the remaining time I like to add some palm pressing the shaft width-wise,like on the pics. In my log.That mouse cable is tyed at the very base in a death squeez manner,which actualy means that my dick is hard as a rock.My skin near the base hurts like a bitch(as you said in guide) after a session.Expansion I get now is just 0.25 inch. but with no,or minimum fluid buildup in those 0,25 inches.This fifth day after about 16 hours from the last workout I measure 5.3 EG and my dick is not fluffy,so I think this is the way to go.If one constricts his dick the blood that remains inside is constantly applying pressure which is stretching the cells in corpuss spongiosum,fluid buildup thing may not be produced because of the limitted blood inflow,so theres just blood that is stretching the cells.But as you said this is not for a newbie in Penis Enlargement,I can say that from my personal experience,because now my erections are even better,and before they were worsen from clamping.Standard constrictor for me is at the same pressure level as a common ULI exercise(done by me!).Good thing is that it lasts much longer than 60 sec!
