almost always it is but some times 3rd and/or4th week is needed. I would try 2 weeks, if that didn't help after a month of pe, and no gains. then try a month off and see if it helps.
My take would be its like bodybuilding or dieting. Sometimes not lifting for a long time or eating more every once in awhile will help you out.
I am going to be taking about 2 months off even touching my penis except for urination. This is due to that one damn vein on top still being hard. I dont want to take any chances. I am a fine size, any increase IMO is for ego purposes. But damn I have a huge ego and want my dick to match.
While not an extended period by any means, I think I'm going to be taking 4-5 days off (which is a lot for me) because I am literally too sore to continue in the coming days. My ligs and glans are just sore - I need to lay off of them for a few days.
