If a man has already done Penis Enlargement and gained from the inner penis(newbie gains) will he still gain length if he does Penis Enlargement surgery?
I think no because he has already pulled out the hidden penis length.
 
Penis Enlargement Surgery has little to do with enlargement and more to do with giving the ability to make gains. In traditional surgery the suspensory ligaments are clipped and the patient is sewn up. I wouldnt dare to do Penis Enlargement after a surgery at all..ever. It's just too risky you could destroy it completly.


But I wouldnt do surgery at all either, not even with an 4 inch I would do it...

Gains in erect size are 0"-.25" and flaccid gains can be up to an inch. The penis elongates flaccidity due to the clipping of the suspensory ligaments.
 
The surgery where they insert a tube to pump it up is usually a last resort for older men who cannot get an erection full stop. Is risky as well like Newbie said but all surgery is. Best thing is to do it natural and invest in a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for length and a good pump for girth, combine with them manual methods (hands) and you will see great gains.
