Ok so as of now my routine as been 3 sets of
Followed by 300 Jelqs daily.
I warm up before starting for 10 minutes in a rice sock.
I am mainly interested in length gains and looking to try to gain 1inch in the next 6-7months. I am 6x5 currently and once I hit 7x5 I will focus on a more balanced routine incorporating pumping etc.
Now, my question is this. I am going to try to obtain a higher amount of "stretch sets" throughout the day at several times. Mainly at work in the bathroom since 1 full set is roughly 5minutes. Is it absolutely neccesarry to warm up before i do these stretches? its kind of awkward carrying around a sock with 1lb of rice and warming it up everytime I spontaneously want to Penis Enlargement.
Also any other good stretches that are quick and can be performed countless times for length?
