I have gained 1 inch in the last 3 days, but I want to know if this is safe to continue doing. It kinda hurts. Anyway, this is what I do.

Semi Erect, and put on a hose clamp TIGHT. So I am engorged with blood, and then do stretches straight up, out and down. I do them for like 5 minutes, and then rest, and then do them again.

I gained a whole inch doing this, but is it safe?
 
Its safe so long you know your limits ... i.e your pain threshhold and when to and not to go on the edge of that ... keep it in moderation with such a extreme move and try to keep consistent and cement this ... it wont be permanent but it sounds VERY promising and I will try it.

Maybe you can go into more details on this ... I like DESCRIPTIONS!!!
 
You mofos sound like skeptics. Deny it all you want, I fucked my gf today and she was fucking stunned. I have been doing the clamp stretching more, but havent made any more gains yet.

Cool thing is though the 1inch hasnt disappeared yet.
 
It's hard for people to believe incredible gains because most people don't see them. Personally, I have never clamped but the only way I see someone gaining one inch in 3 days is healing ED symptoms.
 
Floppy bait I dont disbelive you ... just tell us more. How did you clamp? around the whole package or just around the penis shaft i.e not around the balls ... when you stretched did you hold the shaft, glans .. what?? more info so we can get the technique done ourselves.

One more thing: I read your first post that you came here being 6.7" BP by 5.4" EG. Are you saying that you're now 7.7" BP? And has your girth been affected by this gain at all?

me too and if possible please post your pics with clamp on and how to do this properly. that will be a huge favour. btw, congrats on such early gains.
 
Okay I'm going to try this as no more info has comeback and I reckon this will work similer if its going to work if not better as it covers more angles on the stretch.

Get SEMI ERECT and clamp TIGHT [desription of person who started this exercise] and do the following ...

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds

Hey Red, any results yet? Do you think this technique is beneficial at all? If it's true that you can gain 1 inch in 3 days, this will be the new trend in Penis Enlargement.

Yes that's for sure and once this tecnique has been further enhanced we will be able to grow 1 foot in 5 minutes :s
 
Havent tried it yet but will do soon. I think that the quick gains would have been temp but with reguler exercise I dont see why they cant be made permanent ... I also feel this exercise wont suit everyone and wont have the same impact on the users like FloppyBait.

I have listed the routine .. dont wait for me guys, have a try.
 
ok im new to pe and i have no idea at all about how to clamp or just clamping in general. can anyone give me info so i can try this out to see if it really works

Tried this and it looked like it had POTENTIAL but I cant be arsed with it at the moment so I would be greatful if someone could give it a whirl ... infact a few guys so we can get some decent results in on this.

Get your names down ... about 5 of you at least and give this a shot .. only this a shot for 6 weeks.

I will suBathmateit for being a space monkey on this on RED. I clamp alternating days of the week for my girth routine and can mix it in on the inbetween days.
 
Would be cool man .. I think it has potential but with everything in my life at the moment i.e. career and exams I dont have the time .. hence I havent really pe'd in 2 years now.
 
Did a set of these after a clamp session in the AM. Good stretch especially after a nice clamp session. Waiting for my cable clamps to arrive so i can get a better clamp, the band clamps are too clunky to adjust quickly without losing blood levels in the clamped areas
 

Is stretching while clamping a good idea ? I tried it yesterday for only 5 min and got a pretty brutal stretch. I bought a cool clamping device and stretched with it after a 1 hour jelqing session. Should I continue or is it a waste of time ?
 
I have done it on and off not consistently, just a few now and then. It did feel very intense, and you will need to pay attention to the area where the clamp is, so no injury occurs.

Dont bend the penis, just stretch it straight.

This is a different way to stretch the penis, and not one that will sit well with many, incl vets, but, at the end of the day if the person understands right from wrong, knows his own mind, why cant he try something? if you kill your penis though, its not the fault of anyone here, or the site.

Always use common sense, dont go stupid.

Im not newbie LOL idk it just felt good and wanted to ask a PE guru if it is a good idea, have you done it ?

I like to see it as further expanding on what you can do with length. I really need to get motivated myself back into doing a routine, been busy, but also very lazy towards it.

These aren't difficult, so it may be easy to get back in :)

Yeah I see where your at with it being both length and girth, maybe it is? but the stretch should help, maybe when used in combo with lets say another set of length exercises, or hanging to help graft that erect length in there.

All we can do, is try it out. Jury still out with this, as I haven't tested it enough, and neither have many others from the looks of things.

Only did it twice so far so I cant tell much. I just go by the feeling, if it feels good it probably works lol
I mean its like an erect stretch but more intese because you are already over 100% erect and if you stretch it further its probably more effective.
 
Its like stretching beyond your limit which means faster growth, perfect for the tunica I think. So its a length/girth exercise. We will see if its working :)

I knew you would get your answer and I’m happy you did.
