Lig Stretch

Description

Ok, this is a stretch that I have not seen posted before. At least not with pics like I am doing now. I'm sure Al Gore or Redzulu (You know I like ya Red, just joking around) already thought of this but, here goes. My name's on it. I have been using this stretch for about a week now and it is giving me a great stretch in the base. Feels like it hits the ligs very similar to BTC hanging....which I love....but with MORE resistance than I was ever able to get with weights. You need a prop like a short chair or a couch to set your foot on while stretching on the one side. One side first then the other. The first pic is the initial grip to illustrate how I grip when pulling my penis back behind me BTC. I use my first two finger and thumb of the gripping hand to grab with. Then, I take the other hand and you can either do like I do ...depending on your flaccid length and grip behind the first hand or on top of that hand. Again, it just depends on your size. Here's the first pic. I think these are pretty self explanatory. If not ask away. I hold each stretch for at least a minute and pull back with both hands as hard as I can without hurting myself. Using both hands is the key to this exercise. Also you can do like I do to make it even more effective and straighten your body some against the stretch while pulling back with your hands. Also, dont be silly and let your "LOT" keep you from trying these!!

I like the sounds of it....but I aint quite grasped the explanation.......can you help more???? this is why I never got tobe President.....I was slow and thick.

Another great stretch SWM, I'm abit confused on the description but the pic explained the rest. I will give it ago when i go back to manual stretching.
 
These are made even more effective by leaning forward toward the propped up leg while stretching your penis rearward.
 
I'm not 100% sure on why Gard, I think it's to do with the change of angle on the pull? HEY! Try it yourself for a while! Theres a concept so many guys seem to skip out on.

I have tried it and it holds to be true I just wanted to know why it made it more intense. :)
 
in that position your leg is somewhat in a stretch position so when you stretch the ligs of your cock there is no give from your legs..just pure stretch...

The position is the same although Still's stretch utilizes 2 stress points as basic BTC stretches use only one force of stress.
 
BTC is awesome. Is your first hand gripping just under the glans or do you pull the skin over it? It looks like you just pull the skin over it, but that seems like it would be more of a skin stretch than anything else.
