So due to limited time from life work, fatherhood, jiu jitsu and just other life shit ive been trying to take a different approach. Ive been doing stealth style work outs. So basically shorter 5 to 10 min session during the day. My only issue is i dont get that same feeling in my ligs as i do when i did my normal longer routine. I am used to feeling stress in my ligs and a slight burn and i just dont get it with these shorter sessions. Which makes me think im not even doing enough work to gain.
My routine looks a bit like this
Upon waking up
10 min stretch
Lunch Break
10 min stretch
Afterwork
10 min stretch
Later at night
10 min stretch
Then i do girth after i take a bath which is normally [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] with some jelqs
So basically has anyone gained while doing anything similar to this. Im just worried since i dont feel the same stress to my penis as i did when the program was longer
