AM
manual stretch in all directions. I don't keep the time because I usually watch the news and do my stretches...total time ~30min. I finish off with hundreds (250-300 broken up in sets of 30-40) of rotary stretches.

PM
Jelq 15-20min with a lot of intensity. Usually fully erect
Pump for 1hr @ 5-7Hg 4X15min
finish it all off with manual stretches right after pumping. Stretching after pumping is really intense.

I do this routine everyday...I might take a break on the weekends. But I recover pretty quickly so a rest day is unlikely because I'm addicted to Penis Enlargement at the moment

After reading the pumping guide on Red's signiture I made some changes to my current pumping routine

Warm up with some jelqing (~50)
Pump
15min @ 4Hg
15min @ 5Hg
15min @ 7Hg
25min @ 4Hg

I do all these fully erect..I noticed my post pump size was extremly larger when I did this routine compared to my last pumping routine. I also had a lot less fluid build up.

I'm 23 now so if i was still doing the same routine would kill myself for stupidity :mixedup: . I just started this routine in January. It seems to be working so far but we'll see if I can get over this 6in bpel wall that I've hit many times. I'm also looking to get a bibstarter within the next couple of weeks to gain some length.

Oh gosh lets see if I can remember.

I started out jelquing 100-200 a night. No real gains but my erections got a lot better.

Then the summer before college I started a manual stretche routine, which consisted of 3X40sec down, right, left, up, and straight out. I think I gained around .5in in 3months

During 4yrs at college I was never really consistent. Mainly I just jelqued 300 3 times a week. My last semester in college I got serious about Penis Enlargement. Started my pump routine and now I have a bib hanger so I've incorporated that into my old routine as well.

Not really sure of my total gains. I know I started out with a non-bone pressed length of 4.75in

wubeats, how are things going with your routine these days? Have you gained any more since you made this last post? How about your girth? How is that coming along? 5.5" is a reasonable goal in that department. Same with 7.5" BP. Don't rest until you've achieved your goals. Others have had similar success and so can you. Doing a marathon Penis Enlargement session today. Going to start in a couple of mins

Hot bath for 15min
Hanging w/Bib hanger 17.5lbs for 20 min at a time. 10min breaks between sets. Once I can't hang for 20min because of fatigue I will lower the weight and continue the plan.

In the pm after hanging I am jelquing and pumping.

I'll log the total time when I'm done

After a long hiatus I'm getting back into Penis Enlargement. I haven't lost any of my small gains and I've actually gained about a quarter of a inch in girth from clamping and jelquing on and off.

Gonna start back from scratch as far as the routine goes. Going back to basics. manual stretches and jelquing/clamping. The handle on my pump broke so thats out of my routine for now. Anyone know a good site to get one? I'm looking to get a metal handle pump.

Putting up the routine as soon as I get back home (~2wks)
