Huge-girth,
Thanks for the heads up. I dont use any pills so less masturbation is kind of a necessity for me to keep EQ going since I'm training more frequently and with more intensity.
Quick question, do you recommend doing SSJs each session (EQ depending) or alternating SSJ/Bathmate and Bathmate only days?
Huge-girth,
Good to go. I've been doing them after each pump every session but was wondering if SSJs every day was too much and a day or two of just pumping and that's it would be necessary.
So far, so good though. I think the kegels while in the Bathmate have been helping a lot.
Thanks again.

Huge-girth,
Yes, the kegels, I noticed, have given me the ability to expand much more while in the pump and get a few extra millimeters of girth before transitioning to manual work. I've definitely noticed an increase in girth after a session when incorporating them.
Initially, I thought the bathmate was the go-to, and I still think it is essential, but the manual work has brought things to a whole nother level. I am working towards graduating to clamping in a month or so.
Huge-Girth,
Thanks for the heads up. I'll definitely keep that in mind.
As far as SSJs, I was unable to find details on forum searches regarding how much downward pressure to apply with the top hand. Is the general consensus basically push down hard enough to see expansion but not so hard it hurts/blood escapes past your gripping hand?
I appreciate the guidance, man.

Seemed pretty common sense. Thanks a lot man, I appreciate it.
Hey, gents, new on the site but I've been PEing for a few weeks shy of a year and have gotten a lot of good information here from everyone's posts.
For anyone willing to extend their insight/experience, I have a question regarding stalled gains.
I started PE in August 2017 with a newbie [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]/Jelqing/light stretching routine for 30 days, then moved on to a standard 5 day a week [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words]/jelq routine, gradually increasing jelqs every week or so. My length was fine for me (around 6.75") so my main focus has been girth (only 4.25").
I never really noticed much pump from standard jelqs, but kept using them to improve my conditioning. I was doing 15 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] 5 days a week, and a few hundred jelqs 3 days a week. By December (4 month mark), I'd gained 1/4" in girth, which seemed great.
By the 7 month mark, I switched to SSJs and noticed a huge increase in post workout pump. Since they were a bit more demanding, I initially split the routine up (5-8 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] in morning 3 days a week, 15 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] in evening, 5 days a week).
I've been at the point for the last 3 months where I've been using the following routine:
5 Days a Week:
• 10 min warmup with hot towel (same as always)
• 5 min stretch including bundled stretches
• 8 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words]/8 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]/7 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] (3 days a week)
• 12-15 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] (remaining 2 days)
*also 100 (5 sec) kegels as often as I can but have slacked on these
I haven't increased the time for the SSJs because any more seems to leave me too fatigued to finish the workout.
In the last few months, while my EQ is still good, random erections are less consistent and, more importantly, I haven't gained any girth at all. So in 7 months, I've seen no improvement in girth whatsoever. Some of this is possibly due to a little stress (new job/pregnant wife), but you'd think in 7 months there'd be some gains.
So my question to the vets out there is do you think a 2-4 week break followed by a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] is the way to go, or do I just need to suck it up and find a better way to condition myself?
Thanks
