basic stretching:all directions-30secsx3 with rotary cranks upward,straight out,straight down-25 cranks each
DLD traditional blasters:50 reps while in DLD's A-stretch position
DLD footlong stretch:5 mins
DLD dual fulcrum stretch while bundled:5 mins
Traditional jelgs while semi erect:300 reps
DLd testicle health massage with balls stretching:5 mins
warm down:5 mins
PC health:kegel hard for 5 secs and then release slowly for 2 secs.do 50 of this.

hello sir.i've been following this routine for 2 weeks now.already gained 0.25'' of bpfsl.i exactly don't know why but my eq improved dramatically as well.my target is to follow this routine for 10 more weeks.i hope i will gain some good erect length in this period of time.Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Shift+A improves the quality of all images on this page.

Cold weather can effect flaccid size in some men but it has nothing to do with gains.

Put more emphasis on kegels in the beginning of the session, then follow the 5 sec/5 sec sets. The more exhausted the PC muscles the better.

yes sir.i always do basic stretching while kegeling.this tiers the pc quite well.but after that which one should i do 5secs/5 secs or, 15secs/15secs?which one is better?

Longer is always better if you can handle it. 15/15 fits the bill.

Always try to push a reverse kegel during the stretch, this will allow for a greater strain on the ligaments.

i always push the pc while doing RK during blasters but can't push without using the abdominal muscles....is that ok?

It is usually just a part of the Penis Enlargement process. Some sacrifices need to happen for some to make gains, discolorations is sometimes one of them. But, I would rather have a bruised bat than a perfect pencil:) You have a perfect bat:)
