So what's the best hanger?

Well, I designed Malehanger as an improved version of the BIB 'hardcore'. It's a stronger, better quality device with better instructions and customer support than a BIB. Oh and it costs less too.

If you buy a BIB hanger you get very vague instructions with no details. You HAVE to join his support forum and get guidance from him there. That's why his forum is so "busy" compared to mine. My support forum is simply a place to host my how to guide which includes detailed instructions with step by step pictures as well as step by step videos. If something is still not quite clear after all that, you can email me for further help and I'll happily do what I can to help. BIB on the other hand is a cranky old man who comes off very irritated when guys ask for help.

Yup. Stretching can be difficult for some with either intensity or slippage on the grip. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] solves this problem and brings intense stretching without issue.

I would always avoid the scrotum by going to the left or right side of it. But I think that my caution was about when people are doing down word to behind the cheeks stretching that they do not allow the weight of the anger to sit on their scrotum.
 
Different angles are going to target different structures. Usually BTC, SD is hitting more ligs from how I always understood it. OTS, SU is more focused on tunicae, the external penis tissue.

I'm going with OTS & SU when I get into it again to hammer the actual tuincae, rather then the ligs taking the brunt of the force.

There is no greater stretch then the behind cheek stretch as far as the ligament is concerned. There is no limits to how long you can get using BTC. You’ll simply keep stretching up the back as far as you can.
