I have been really paying attention to any gains I may have gotten over the last few month and I really started to wonder is gains could be prohibited by skin elasticity. I know some would argue this could be attained through the gains happening but I wondered if pre stretching the skin would increase the speed of gains both horizontally and vertically. I have been practicing an exercise based on these thoughts and wondered what you guys thought.

I also believe that the body will quickly fill a space if it has the room to do so. Almost like a stretching a balloon and water quickly filling those spaces but with the body we can reproduce cellular tissue to fill these new spaces, QUICKLY. Almost like a cut becoming covered by a scab, an increased cellular dedication to a needed area of the body to speed recovery. If the skin becomes stretched before the gains are actually made will the body help speed the process of recovery by filling these spaces, quickly?

That is what I have been thinking about lately so I started to do a couple exercises around this focusing on stretching the skin. Be careful as you don't want to gain skin stretch too fast and end up with a baggy dick?:D There are also veins at the very surface associated with the skin, be careful not to be overzealous.

Horizontally:
I get a complete erection and using my thumb and middle finger I stretch the skin away from the penis. I start at the base and work my way up stretching at 9 intervals for 10 seconds each until a reach the base of the glans. I do this once then make my way into the vertical stretch.

Vertically: With a complete erection I use the standard OK grip at the base of my penis and slide the skin way over the glans and hold this for 30 second. While the skin is above the erection I use my free hand to further stretch the skin. I repeat this 10 times. Everyone will be different as everyones penis is different. Make your own adjustments.

I thought I would kind of think out loud and here your thoughts.
 
I do belive that skin can hold back gains or at least the appearance of gains. Hence the apperance of NBPenis EnlargementL. I have gained about 3/4 in BP but NBP is the same this is due to the fat pad creeping up further as the skin is not stretched below. I am working on figuring out how to stretch the skin at the base right now. In my condition (I used to be heavy) I think that the fat pad and underlying muscle are not connected so trying to tighten it with sit ups would be in vain. I do beleive your theory very much.
 
Well, I've been focusing on stretching skin lately to change the looks of my dick, so here's my 2 cents.

For "vertically" I grab with an ok grip below the glands and do some of the following:

- with the free hand do another ok grip below the first and pull in oposite directions and hold. Then move the free hand a bit towards the base and repeat until the free hand reaches the base.

-with the free hand press palm against the ventral skin and pull by pressing against the penis while pushing towards the base and hold. Repeat moving towards the base until free hand reaches turkey neck start. This I do to get rid of my turkey neck. I like it better than just grabing below my balls and pulling, becouse it is actually focused on penis skin and not on scrotum skin.


For "horizontally" I have only worked on my phimotic ring becouse the rest of my skin is fine. I do exactly what you said but I focus it on my phimotic ring. I also get fingers inside foreskin and pull in opposite directions to stretch it.

Another stretch I do (I also focus it on my phimotic ring) Is again grab with 2 ok grips very near to each other and twist in oppposite directions. This does the equivalent of a "simple shear" but on a cylindric space (my penis skin), so it stretches directions varying from horizontal (on borders) to nearly diagonal (on the middle). This last stretch should be preety good for guys with tight foreskin.

So far, I've done very good, reduced slightly my big ass "sideburns" from old gains and I'm getting a lot of stretch marks. So I actually started taking it a little more slowly now. I plan to buy some good lotion for this too. My turkey neck is smaller now too.


I don't know if this would help with gains, but it definately helps with looks and specially for my phimotic ring which definately needs lots of work to stretch.
 
I might try this b/c I notice when I hang or do a downward stretch the skin on the top of my penis at the base is getting pulled a lot and will actually get sore
 
I really believe there is something to this, I have for a long time but never really explored it because a guy, whose opinion I trusted, said he thought it was pointless. Anyway, recently I have really started applying these exercises and the first results I hope to see is a less tight erection and if after that I start seeing incredible results, well, I will be happy.

I have not measured since my last pictures....

You need to get something with a large dollop of vitamin A in. The research says that using Retin-A (a form of vitamin A) whilst stretch marks are forming reduces their appearance. Probably any vitamin A (retinyl parmitate [sometimes called 'pro-vitamin A'], retinol or any retinoid but not beta carotene [sometimes called 'pro-vitamin A'!] or any of the caretonoids) would do.
