I have been really paying attention to any gains I may have gotten over the last few month and I really started to wonder is gains could be prohibited by skin elasticity. I know some would argue this could be attained through the gains happening but I wondered if pre stretching the skin would increase the speed of gains both horizontally and vertically. I have been practicing an exercise based on these thoughts and wondered what you guys thought.
I also believe that the body will quickly fill a space if it has the room to do so. Almost like a stretching a balloon and water quickly filling those spaces but with the body we can reproduce cellular tissue to fill these new spaces, QUICKLY. Almost like a cut becoming covered by a scab, an increased cellular dedication to a needed area of the body to speed recovery. If the skin becomes stretched before the gains are actually made will the body help speed the process of recovery by filling these spaces, quickly?
That is what I have been thinking about lately so I started to do a couple exercises around this focusing on stretching the skin. Be careful as you don't want to gain skin stretch too fast and end up with a baggy dick?
There are also veins at the very surface associated with the skin, be careful not to be overzealous.
Horizontally:
I get a complete erection and using my thumb and middle finger I stretch the skin away from the penis. I start at the base and work my way up stretching at 9 intervals for 10 seconds each until a reach the base of the glans. I do this once then make my way into the vertical stretch.
Vertically: With a complete erection I use the standard OK grip at the base of my penis and slide the skin way over the glans and hold this for 30 second. While the skin is above the erection I use my free hand to further stretch the skin. I repeat this 10 times. Everyone will be different as everyones penis is different. Make your own adjustments.
