ok so why is it that i shrivel up like nothing while i am at the gym doing my workout. i would look at the mirror in a side view and i can see this bulge like i have a tennis ball in there or something, what can i do to prevent this. its like my penis will shrivel and my balls push it out, anyone else get this?
 
i would say it is because you working out with weights so it is your bodys natural reaction to send blood to the working muscles, which takes blood fro the less important places like your penis, so it shivels up, i also get it when i work out really hard and i also find it hard to get hard straight after if i have had a really hard workout!

When working out you enter a state of hyperarousal, not the sexual kind mind you. Your body reacts to this by a general discharge of the sympathetic nervous system. Which, causes shrinkage. The same thing probably happens when you are on stage giving a presentation or about to plummet down a hill on a roller coaster.
 
I know exactly what you mean. When I do sports or if I'm really nervous my penis also shrinks. This sucks, because what do you do ater sports? Exactly you take a shower and everyone sees your penis at his smallest.

I know exactly what you mean, this especially happens for me after about 20 minutes of a good workout. The more intense the work out the worse the shrinkage is.

The good part is that 20-30 minutes after a good workout I get a raging erection so things kind of balance out.
 
I would take a hot shower after the fact...this will help your penis to relax and hang nicely.
 
I say don't worry too much about it. My Mother has always told me that people are way to concerned about themselves to worry about you.
 
I have to let you down there mate.
You cant really do anything to prevent that.
It will shrink due to the blood going out to the muscles instead.
But if you exercise to gain a bigger cock, and you gain some.
Then of course it will not always stay as small as it is now.

However, my tip is, drink alot of water during the day to the a good blood circulation and a better blood flow (production too).
In that way, you will have a constant blood circulation to your penis.
Of course it will not help much in the end, but its good for your health too :)

If you dont want it to shrink that much.. Drink water during your workout.
 
i do drink a lot of water before, during and after gym, i always carry a bottle of water around me. when i hop in shower after my workout i go right back to normal which is great (so it makes me wanna jelque :) )
 
ANother thing you could try is TITAN Pills. They are really good at supplying maximum blood flow to the penis and it seems as though you are always semi. Plus, the pills really help in girth work. Pumping is also a good option. Spend a half hour before training pumping and you will stay nice and plump for hours.

You could also do your Penis Enlargement workout right before going to the gym. This should keep you looking good.
