My current routine takes anywhere from 45-60 min.
-Erect Stretches or tugs 5-10 min.
-Jelq 15-20 min.
-Girth Hammers or Erect bend(left and right for width) 10 min.
-Girth Claws(Edging/reverse kegel/Ulis/Massage Head while Uli for more engorgement)
10-15 min.
I do a 2on/1off maybe some light work on the off day because Im a Penis Enlargement addict. I once was doing sessions for a hour and a half or two hours. It seems like my unit wasnt up for that(limp noodle afterwards). But I was doing intense moves as well. Im curious If anyone does Basic stretches or low intensity jelqs for more than a hour or up to 2 hours. I will do these once a week or two. Has anyone else tried something like this??
