My current routine takes anywhere from 45-60 min.

-Erect Stretches or tugs 5-10 min.
-Jelq 15-20 min.
-Girth Hammers or Erect bend(left and right for width) 10 min.
-Girth Claws(Edging/reverse kegel/Ulis/Massage Head while Uli for more engorgement)
10-15 min.

I do a 2on/1off maybe some light work on the off day because Im a Penis Enlargement addict. I once was doing sessions for a hour and a half or two hours. It seems like my unit wasnt up for that(limp noodle afterwards). But I was doing intense moves as well. Im curious If anyone does Basic stretches or low intensity jelqs for more than a hour or up to 2 hours. I will do these once a week or two. Has anyone else tried something like this??:(

I fucking suck at all this stuff, what would you say are the best Erect Gain exercises. Ive gained a nice amount on flacid but erect is still the same, its driving me nuts and making me want to stop due to non erect gains.
 
Im not the guy to ask because my gains have gone up and down due to the fact that I have taken big breaks from Penis Enlargement because of school. Now Im ready to stick with it and find what works best for me. The routine Im doing now is something Im testing out right now. There are plenty of guys that can help you on this topic on this site so ask around. If I find something that works great I will make shore to inform you in a PM. Also something I should add is maybe your EQ is in bad shape. Try to add in some kegels and see if there is a difference in erect size. You have probably made gains but your unit is is poor shape for you to notice
 
also if I do Penis Enlargement work for 45-60 minutes. and massage my unit for a hour or two(not edging) while keeping it erect as a shock. Has someone tried anything like that?
 
I see the potential in ''shock'' routines that really should be classed as higher intensity than whats already being done. It tickles me when I hear guys say that in the gym ... shock routines on the arms and legs etc. You cant shock a muscle, what they mean is the intensity of that ''shock'' routine is more than normally what the person is doing in the gym so it digs deeper into the reserve tank and the sorness kicks in, so thats taken as the ''shock'' so I suppose its a good cheap term to use but rather loose for me.

Every 6 weeks or so these would have a place in a Penis Enlargement session for a few days. I'm not saying that everyone should start doing these but if your bored or need that kick up the arse or fancy an afterburner than something like this could do the trick ... the philosophy surrounding this and Penis Enlargement is sound but its getting the mix right I think.
 
Red, what do you think of the routine at the top? I want to do a erect massage after this today for a hour or so.I tried edging this long and It doesnt work out in my favor so I will just massage it. If I fell like it goes well I will do this every once in a while.
