I'm dedicating the rest of 2015 to improving my body. I have not done PE in many years so this is almost like starting over for me. I like doing things systematically, so a log will be really useful. For the first month, I'm doing jelqing only, 5 days on/2 days off per week. After the first month I will re-evaluate my routine. Measurements will be done 1x a week. "Before" pictures coming soon!

Length: 5.75"
Girth 4.9"

Today's work out:
30 minutes jelqing followed by warm-down. Ran 2 miles + 20 minutes on elliptical machine

Are you only looking to gain girth? I ask because if you want length you will need to add in some length work as Jelqing is predominately a girth exercise. You can also add mini slammers, similar to jelq, but in wet jelqing you using two hands for strokes, in mini slammers one hand is used to for an uli, the second is for stroking, 2x better than jelqs, I am telling you this, if you are doing jelqing, better it be mini slammers :)

Currently doing some research on my new routine. For starters I'm adding in DLD's basic stretches since I've been neglecting my flaccid penis size. My whole life I've always made sure I was semi-aroused before letting a woman see my soft dick... don't wanna have to do this any more!

30 minutes jelqing, followed by DLD's newbie stretching routine. Going to replace some of the jelqing time with slammers. I should really start doing kegels too. I don't want to spend too much time on PE though, gotta draw the line somewhere.

That seems like a good substitution for the jelqing portion, you may also want to try the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SlowSquashJelq[/words]. Good to her you are doing Kegels, they will help big time with eq and getting the largest size you can through the increased blood flow they bring.

Thanks for the input man! Kegels are one of my least fav exercises because I have to concentrate to do them right. Gotta keep doing them though.
