Is it a safe exercise to push you penis down while your in erect state? I have a feeling it may lower the erection angle....just asking before i continue doing it
 
There's been some discussion about in this past. I remember the conclusion being that it seemed ultimately too risky to explore. It is possible to burst or break an erection, afterall it's engorged! There was some talk about causing leakiness in the future which of course would mean soft erections.

There are mechanisms which close off outflow of blood: this is what causes an erection to occur. The inflow continues, but the outflow is restricted. By adding pressure you may injure the outflow restriction ability. Clamping may not harm this because it is occuring before the mechanism and therefore the mechanism doesn't see this additional pressure to weaken it.

This sounds like a manual resistance kegel. It may give you a little length, but it's a great way to work your PC muscles.
 
I've done this on rare occasions without thinking about it, you know get erect and just push down on it. I agree with Big Al, you get a great workout to the pelvic floor muscles so when you do it kegel and the penis wants to rise against the resistence.

Wouldnt say these are anymore dangerous than other forms of Penis Enlargement unless you push down really hard, which could do something negative I would think.

When your pushing down the ligaments will be hit in a BTC-like fashion, as that position in hanging has the penis go in that direction on its route behind the cheeks anyway.

An idea would be to try and grip underneath the glans and when you push down, stretch out aswell and try to target the ligaments more. Use longer hold times and see how this goes. If it works for you, than go for it but adhere to safety concerns.
 
all that would do is stretch the ligs, and with stretching them you get a lower erection angle anyway, while gaining size. At least that was my results after doing lig stretches. Now my penis barely give me any resistance if i push it down while its erect.
 
Sounds like a good thing to me. I started Pe by doing downward bends while gripping below the base through the skin. It stretched my suspensory ligament so much that I gained 1.5" just from doing that.

Keep doing it you'll gain fast.
 
i will do it and moniter if my erection angle is getting lower.

because we are stretching the ligament which makes the penis stand up during an erection, doesnt that mean that all lig streches exercises lower the erection angle?
 
I'd like to add to my post only to say I thought you were talking about bending the erection itself. I'll agree with the other posters that simply pushing it down at the base probably can't hurt and would be working the suspensory ligs.
