How many of you guys take days off from both length and girth exercises? And whats your scheduel? Just thought this might be a helpful thread. I'll start.
Length - 12 minutes on tunica (bundled tunica [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words], dual fulcrums)
8 on ligs (footlongs and btc's)
Girth - 35 minutes (5min warmup jelqing 30 minutes clamping)
Lenght no days off, girth 3 on 1 off
