For more quicker results, is it suggested to do my routine twice a day?

Typically I do my routine for length (strength exercises) for 45 mins and girth (jelqing and other stuff) for 15 -20 mins - depending on erection issues.

Before I began my day, I would like to do a quick hour routine. I typically do my routine everyday except if I miss a day. And do my second routine in the evenings when I get home.

I like the idea of training multiple times during the day for a few reasons. Girthwise, it is good to have a pump going as long as possible. When I am doing a strictly manual routine I will do similar practices.

To be honest, if you are limited with time during the day you have to strictly either wake up an hour earlier or go to bed an hour later. I had issues with time too (luckily my time schedule changed), but I always woke up at 6am to do my stretching routine and and right before the shower in the evening, at about 8pm I did a nice 30 min. girth workout. You have to sacrifice in order to achieve your goal, nothing is easy in Penis Enlargement (even if some might say it's easy, for most of us - if not for all of us - it is a hard way to the goal). But if you are exhausted from the day and don't have the power to stretch/jelq afterwards, just use another technique. I'd suggest you hanging, but I guess you are a beginner and this is definitely an advanced method. You could also invest a few bucks in a reliable [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but then again, it is also recommended to do manual work. Gather experience in Penis Enlargement and then step into hanging, that's what I would do...
 
It is so true, there is ALWAYS time to get Penis Enlargement in. I agree and I am very disciplined. I have been doing Penis Enlargement religiously for the last three months. Last year I did religiously but lost my mental toughness. Yes it is a sacrifice. No man, if you aren't too rough it's the exact opposite, it's very productive to workout frequent. Some people (like DLD for example :P) can stretch the whole day and don't have a problem with it.
