Hi all, I've recently completed my first 3 months of P.E or 'quarter' as I have been calling it. I measured using a ruler the day after a rest day and I measured in at a solid 5.5 in length, I did the same with a tape measure and measured at 5.6/7.

I'm a little confused really partly because there I thought I would have gained .5 inch by now and be at 5.75. But more so am I measuring correctly?, I push the ruler against my shaft and press it in to the base ever so slightly (I'm not cheating I promise) that's how you do BPEL right? Although I am a little bigger with the more flexible tape measure, so which reading should I believe?

The rigid ruler is always best. Measure in the middle of the penis right along the top, not off to the side, or from underneath.
 
I thought that would be the best option. Is a .25 inch gain in 3 months respectable or is it a little low? I was hoping I would've gained .5 in that time tbh. I believe my training is good, Ngl I need to be more consistent with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] work, but maybe I'm overtraining a bit.
 
What is your routine? A good rule, is....if you have a nice straight dick.....ruler. If you have more of a curve.......flex tape. And bone pressed, is exactly how it sounds.....pressed in to the bone. Press in as far as you can, till you hit the bone.
 
Glad I've cleared up the measuring. As for my routine it's basically DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] in terms of stretching at different angles, but I've changed up the stretching a bit and intensity.
Straight up & btc with 50 kegels for 30-40seconds x4, Left and right (outwards) for 30-40seconds x4, A stretch for 30-40seconds x4. Then to assist that some extra angle work left and right up, down btc etc. Followed by a solid 10-20minutes of jelqing.

As for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] work I need to start working harder with my hardcore stretches but I keep getting poor EQ due to just life atm, as well as my left testicle getting sucked up haha.

Nothing too bad, just a bit stressed from work and down from dating atm...I'm very determined to progress with P.E and when something doesn't go to plan I get a bit frustrated I guess.

The expression "It is what it is" becomes very comforting when things are not as we like them to be. Acceptance is sometimes serenity. When I feel frustration building up I run as fast as I can from the current situation as possible. I will put my mind into something different and relaxing and wait for the torrent to rest and then I will come back. Things done in frustration usually end in poor results. Stress is a tough one too but again, it is what it is. You will bounce back even stronger and smarter. As always all of my Brothers are in my prayers many times a day!

I can't speak for anyone here but I find P.E quite relaxing. I think it's because it's something to focus on quite like meditating really. Some wise words here definitely an eye opener.

It's something I do while watching videos. So its me more focused on watching the video and not focusing anything but strength into the routine.

Yup, in the hospital they call it HALT, hungry, angry, lonely and tired. These have become very evident in my own project of no fap. The times I have slipped it has always been because of one of these emotional states.

Current situation report; nearly 6 months in and no new length gains i'm disappointed to say <:(. i'm confused tbh because after 6 months i thought my lengths gains would be more substantial, however my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] work has increased in frequency and quality. even though my length hasn't changed "on the ruler" the base of my penis in paticular feels much thicker...so is this a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] that length is on the horizon? after all i guess the penis builds from the base up ?:(

That is disappointing and I am sorry my Brother but let us figure out why. What were you doing for length work, specifically, oner the past 6 months? What was your girth work in this time? When you take a flaccid stretched, bone-pressed measurement are you seeing gains? Please let me know the answers and we can help get you gaining again.
 
thanks to begin with i've always used basic stretching as the basis of my length work e.g. stretching at angles. over time i have upped the time of each stretch to around 60 seconds and intensity by super-setting upward and downward stretches. i felt my grip may have been the issue so i have tried using a soft fabric like my underwear and it has helped. as for girth work i jelq for around 15 mins including some compression work (the one where you squeeze at both ends of the shaft!) as well as [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] work as well. to be painfully honest i cannot remember the last flaccid stretched measurement i did. i'm just concerned that my best efforts are not going to help me achieve what i long to achieve.

Do you feel the stretching is not intense enough?
 
Well I can feel a stretch but it feels like I'm just elongating my penis instead of really extending it, like after I've finished my penis doesn't feel like it's been stretched hard as it just relaxes in to a normal kinda form. Some of questions I have are;
-how do make better temporary gains?
-how do I stay harder for longer? (To pump)
-am i not resting enough? (Train 6/7 days)

I appreciate all advice, just really want this to work

Temporary gains come very quickly and are seen in 2 places, your flaccid-stretched bone-pressed measurement and your post girth expansion. These are the 2 places temp. gains appear. Harder longer? Viagra. I trained 7 days on no days off and many hours a day in training. This is highly personal and everyone has their own resting periods if necessary but some need no rest, that is me.
 
i really do need to make a point of taking notice of these measurements. i think i've read in a post before the usage of viagra, where would one require some tho??? i'm considering trying some sort of rotation routine where i take a day off every other day or so. i've been trying this lately purely due to circumstance so fingers crossed.

Keeping track is so important. I know guys who have come, never measured, gained size but when it came time to say how much they either had no clue or stated they did not grow. The very first thing every Brother should do is start a progress thread and list all measurements, routine, goals, and keep it alive daily by posting. This will let a Brother know exactly how much he grew without any doubts.

Hey Strip, Can you write this out in a way I can understand as far as exercises, time and reps and how often you do this workout? Ut is hard to advise without these components. Thanks my Brother!
 
Hi DLD, ofc!

-Warm up 10 minutes hot towel,
-100 blasters (upward stretch & kegel), tunica a-stretch x2-3 (30 To 60 secs), some b-t-c and upward stretching, outward rotary stretch (50 clockwise & anti). 15-20 minutes.
-DLD’s 50 a-stretch blaster (5 sec kegel and 5 sec reverse) I’m still not great at the reverse part but I’m getting there. Another 20ish minutes.
-jelqing: 10 minutes of jelq bends done at an upward angle, I find this easier due to grip and foreskin.
-10-20 minutes of mixed jelqing (outward, downward, upward) with some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]s.s.j[/words] to

PUMPING: I’ve always found pumping difficult due to e.q and my testicles and foreskin getting in the way but I’ve started to pump at max pressure for 5 minutes x3 with as good an erection as possible, I avoid jelqing in between sets as my foreskin gets in the way but this seems to work as my fluid retention is not to bad and I find my penis is really being dragged up the chamber as I am 5.6 bpel when I go in and reach around 6.5 when I’ve pumped to max pressure, surely overtime this will translate to a permanent size? I’ve avoided Hardcore stretches as my tescticles and foreskin get in the way but I’ve found if I just perform 1 continuous stretch for as long as possible for the duration of my 5 minute set my penis fells very stretched afterward ( perhaps I’ve discovered a revolutionary new training style!?! &#128514;)

Strip, Your routine looks great. I would add a couple of simple things. Expressive Stretching and Erect Stretching. Expressive Stretches will bring gains from within your body and this is the only way to do it. There are a few Expressive exercises to choose from. With a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] (which I think is best) low attachment stretches ao hole stretching, both are great exercises. You know about HardCore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] stretches already. You can also do them by hand gripping low and stretching from there.
 
I’ve heard of expressive stretching before but wasn’t really sure wha tit involved so thanks for the description! As for erect stretching how would I go about that?

Erect Stretching is simple. Get 100% erect and grab the penis just below the head and stretch straight out. Thats it! Simple but extremely effective in converting gains.
 
I thought as much, problem I have tho is my foreskin as there’s quite a bit of it and it stops stretching just above the bottom of the glans where I grip. Perhaps this is why I haven’t gained that much???

You need to complete retract your foreskin and grip below the head otherwise you are only stretching skin. I understand this is a sensitive thing to do but soon you will become used to it and sensitivity will be bearable.
 
ITs not the sensitivity that’s the issue tbh it’s just a bit tight and doesn’t retract fully over the glans when I’m 100% erect. I imagine routinely stretching would help?

Yes, stretching the foreskin to make room is the way to go. Skin stretches very easily so this should be a very quick process. I am happy that it is not a sensitivity issue as that takes much more time.

Most definitely. If the penis is stretched without retraction of the foreskin you will be stretching mostly skin. When you retract and grip under the head you will be stretching mostly penis.
 
Might have phrased that slightly wrong, I can retract fully when flaccid and semi erect but I cannot with full erection so erect stretching and jelqing is a bit trickier.

So stretch the skin while erect. The skin will need to be stretched to the point of allowing the entire head to be free. Any stretching done with skin as an anchor will result in skin enlargement, not penis enlargement.
 
I think this is why my a-stretches feel a bit off tbh coz the skin is sliding over my arm/wrist. I’m tempting to get a phallo san or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] but I’m concerned about my foreskin, I’m finding my p.e very frustrating to be completely honest due to this and have started to look inn to the possibility of a foreskin reduction.

Foreskin will reduce as you can length. You could always get a circ. too is it bothers you too much. The Phalosan and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] are very different animals. I would think if you do not want to do any stretching and let the device do it for you go for the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] as it can be worn for hours and hours. Since I own both the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and the PF, I can give you my experience. I personally like the PF as I sit behind a desk all day and I can also wear it continuously until I have to go take a pee. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is harder to hide and does not move with you as well. It is also better if you take it off about every hour or so to restore circulation and readjust your tension. So far I have been able to keep the PF on for 8 to 10 hours a day with my longest was yesterday at 11 hours. Don't get me wrong, the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is a good device but IMO it is more difficult to wear for long periods of time. The PF is easily concealed under your clothes and once you start moving, bending or sitting it stays in place and does not pinch or bind.

Well if you gain enough length the foreskin will reduce by as much as you gain. As the penis becomes longer and the skin it not stretched, through poor grip, the shaft will lengthen while the skin does not and this will deal with it. IMO, you will be making a good decision to buy these 2 items. You may want to start reading the wrapping thread for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] to get an idea of the different wrapping methods. This is the only learning curve that I have had to deal with. It is getting better but I still have some practice to do with my technique
 
i think it's the next step really as i haven't really made any gains at all through manual work or even with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bath mate[/words]. wrapping procedures, didn't consider this i suppose the wrapping fits differently to everyone.
