I didn't measure myself properly and got pissed off.
I have been following all the advice from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] since July 2012, but have never opened my thread to make sure that I'm doing everything as I should in order to grow.
My stats July 2012: NBPenis EnlargementL: 5.7"
NPFL: 3.5"
EG: 5.6"
the end of Februrary 2013: NBPenis EnlargementL: 6.5"
BPenis EnlargementL: 7"
NBPFL: 4.5"
EG: 5.9" (mid-shaft)

Morning length routine: (started 25 February 2013)
Warm up 10 mins.
Kegels 5 mins.
1x basic stretch straight out + 100 kegels
30x DLD Blasters
1 min. kegel squeeze
1 min. reverse kegel
4x 1 min. Mandingo stretches
Warm down 10 mins.
Attach cock ring.
I get an erection after every length session. I use as an indicator that I'm not overtraining my unit together with morning wood. I figured out proper grip while doing DLD Blasters. My post-workout NBPFL: 5.9". That's amazing temporary expansion I think. I use cock ring to prevent my dick going turtle.
Evening girth routine:
Warm up 10 mins.
Jelqing 19 mins.
Warm down 10 mins.
I get an erection easily after jelqing.
My supplements: L-arginine, Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamine A, D, 50% protein shake.
I'll keep updating after every workout.
