I have been Penis Enlargement''ing for almost 4 months now and I have seen some decent gains but did random stuff jelqing and stretching didn't really have a steady intense routine. So after almost 4 months, I decided to set my goals and step my game up to reach it. I really have to thank RedZulu for his routines because I am basically taking his routine

I will have a length day and a girth day, and preferably 4 days on 1 off maybe 2 off when i'm really feeling sore. I'll see how i'm feeling
Mon - Length
Tue - Girth
Wed - Length
Thu - Girth
Fri - REST
Sat - Length
Sun - Girth
Mon - Length
Tue - Girth
Wed - REST

Length routine will look like this
Straight outward stretch: 10 mins switch hands every 90 secs
Behind the cheeck stretch: 10 mins switch hands every 90 secs
The Ultimate Penis Enlargement Exercise by BlueWhale: Holding the stretch each hand till grip fails for 10 mins
Expressive stretches from DLD: 10 mins downward and upward switching hands till grip fails

Girth Routine will look like this
10-15 mins of 100% erect jelqs
10 mins of Horse Squeezes
10 mins of edging

This will be my whole routine i'll post my progress and how it's going from now on, I just finished my length routine lig's feels good. EQ feels really low though last couple of days might take a few days off if it's still low tomorrow.

Current measurements are

BPenis EnlargementL. 6.77''
EG: 5.3"

Yes it is true. You should feel more than confident about your size and even happier that you have some more natural growing to do.
 
Measurements 8th of april, originally wanted to measure 30th of april but could not wait. And my taper was gone so I could measure only BPenis EnlargementL girth looks thicker but you never know will measure everything 30th of april again.

I did not expect this at all to be true, I thought something was wrong with my routine and I wanted to change because in my eyes I had gained no length at all so before I could change my routine I actually needed proof I did not gain anything and I couldn't wait till 30th of april. So I measured my BPenis EnlargementL quickly to my surprise I gained 0.5 cm very happy and motivated want to Penis Enlargement right now actually but my EQ has been low these 2 days, and I decided to take off 2 days off and then kill it again 4 days in a row.

Hooray! I have some great news and some bad news.

I woke up with an rock hard and had to measure my BPenis EnlargementL It was a astonishing 7.08''BPenis EnlargementL(18cm)!! If I pushed the ruler extremely hard in my pubic bone I would even get to 7.16''BPenis EnlargementL(18.2cm) but if I get a low number and a high number I always go with the low number made it too the 7'' BPenis EnlargementL club DLD Haha. I have changed some things to my stretching routine which will I update @ 30th april, which will also include my NBPenis EnlargementL measurement + EG measurement.

The bad news my EQ has been really suffering this last week, for some reason when I do my girth routine I just can't get rockhard I'm floating 80-90% sometimes 95% for a short period. Today when I woke up with a rock hard 100%, I decided to my girth routine and could not maintain my rock hard erection.

I have thought about and the reasons being could be either
- Trained with to much intensity this 2 weeks
- Or this reason might seem odd but i'm still very young and I get erections through out the day like crazy but not rock hard erections, erections in the 50% all the way up too 80-90% and especially when i'm texting a girl I like for some reason I don't know why? But from now on I have decided everytime I get those erections I kegel hold 5 seconds release repeat as long as needed till my erection subsides, I started doing this since yesterday it felt good.

Due to this I doubt I have gained very much in the girth deparment because of shitty EQ. My solution was to rest it off for a good 2-3 days, and my question was should I finish it off today with some stretching work for the ligaments 40 min just to keep it stretched for the last time before I take my days off. Or would this be counter-productive?
