Long story short...started PE Nov 2015 with manual stretches for length and had awesome newbie gains...then slowed...bought lenghtmaster, male hanger, and LG hanger to start hanging Feb 2016.......limited gains after working up to 10-12lbs sets...for 1 1/2 hours in the day.
