Long story short...started PE Nov 2015 with manual stretches for length and had awesome newbie gains...then slowed...bought lenghtmaster, male hanger, and LG hanger to start hanging Feb 2016.......limited gains after working up to 10-12lbs sets...for 1 1/2 hours in the day. Took a 3 week break....found [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]....and heading back to basics....just now started using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words].....boy, wtf was I thinking not using this before.....it is AWESOME

I am hoping that manual stretches work better for me

ABOUT ME: Triathlete...
Current stats hover at: 7 inches NBPEL 6.5 MEG (always been girthy)

GOALS: 7.25 inches by years end NBPEL

RILEY'S ROUTINE (SRT modified?)---start at 4 am before I hit the gym
Heating pad for 5 minutes
1 minute bundled stretch sets, rotating to left and right each set for a total of 6 minutes ...pulling straight out
BTC LEFT 1 minute
BTC right 1 minute
BTC 1 minute
SO 1 minute
SO left 1 minute
SO right 1 minute
SO center 1 minute
Up left 1 minute
Up right 1 minute
UP Center 1 minute
SO rotated down 1 minute
SO rotated up 1 minute

*repeat routine for 30 seconds

Place AUTOXLEEVE on as [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for 2 1/2 hours

Before work (7am)

then jelq 1 minute to right, 1 minute left, 1 minute straight out, 1 minute v jelq
place a ALL DAY cock ring on


I've done this for 3 straight days with good morning wood and high eq....and holy sh*t...the hang I have right now is amazing

We're seeing a wave of people coming back to do PE and its amazing, along with the newbies.
 
It is such a brotherhood (for the most part) without judgement which is so great! I'm coming up on a year in PE...,but still consider myself a novice. There are so many different ideas and theories that it is EASY to get side tracked.

The hanging was so much time with no results in 6 months of dedicated hanging..I am anxious to see if I have growth back on a stretching routine.

Using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] I can feel a good pull in my ligaments more so than with hanging....especially BTC to left and right.

So much info can be distracting but as long as you understand the fundamentals you can grow.

I've been worried about lack of night wood...so I stopped the bundled stretch...but kept everything else the same and it came back 48 hours later. Some reading led me to believe this is normal that is what u see a lot sometimes with that stretch. Is that correct? Should I just accept that lack of positive PI?

Never gauge anything in PE by nightly erections. As a matter of fact, in many cases this will not happen due to fatigue. In other cases, like myself, I rarely get morning or night erections. As you progress in your PE and nightly erections are what you are used to, eventually they will return when the penis becomes used to the PE you are doing.

Exactly. Sometimes night erections or even morning wood are just because you're preventing yourself from peeing. Kegels will help you all the way with your erection quality and frequency if you want to get that more often.

I always thought morning erections were a good thing.
I have them 4-6x/week

I'm good! Life happening so been quiet. Taking a 2 week break....measuring a bit past 7, so not bad after 4wks...maybe 1/8 inch .....there has certainly been movement and with hanging I saw none over 6 months. Eq is awesome ....

Good to hear from you. A 2 week break is just fine as long as you are back to work after that time period. It becomes easy for a break to become a complete vacation from PE. Be disciplined and return as you have said. I am happy to hear your gains are sticking and I look forward to new ones. Have fun on your time off and we will see you soon.

What is up boys! I took 10 days off...I had some minor surgery (not a big deal at all).....but I've been consistent and only taking one full day off a week. I am sticking with the back bone of my above plan....AND I've added some additional stuff for fun

MY BACKBONE (done always the same way...anything else is additional and doesn't replace these)
1. I start using the DLD program basics with bundled stretches for 6 minutes, then in all directions for 1 minute (15 minutes)
2. Then I've started hanging again while doing office work at the wee hours ....usually 10-12lbs SD/BTC while sitting...(10 minutes)
3. Then I finish up with the DLD stretching routine again (15 minutes)
4. And I always edge a little to get blood flowing again....and my piece of mind (5 min)

Total routine takes about 50 minutes



By then it is usually 6 and everyone in house is up....

At 7am ---I'm in the shower with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for about 8 minutes while I shower...I go in about 80% erect and let it hang which gives a nice stretch too.....do 100 kegals and some light stretching

Then I wet jelq for 5 minutes...slow and in all directions....do another 100 kegals

I then place a tight cock ring on for 10 minutes....while I finish getting ready for work....then place a slightly less tight one on for about 3 hours.

Results:
No girth gains...I'm ok with that
I am measuring around 7 1/4 inches with a 10/10 erection
My night wood is back and my erections are harder now more than ever (which I attribute to jelqing and kegals)

Comments:
I have used bungees to do light stretching for longer periods of time while I'm working...can do it in pretty much all directions...that is nice for mobility
I am using a 2.5 inch leather ball stretcher when stretching and jelqing in hopes to prevent a bad turkey neck...plus it helps me just focus on the shaft for the jelq
I've also clamped a few times for 5 minutes and then went into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words]......not sure if it gave me a bigger expansion....still playing with this

So...

Thanks for the encouragement! Mine were all quick newbie gains just stretching the proximal suspensory ligaments....now I'm in the hard part. But yes I'm proud of the gains...it is more than I had...even if it was 1/4 inch.

I'm really liking the new routine. I like the mixing of girth and length to each help the other. The kegals and jelq have made a huge difference in eq!

I'm able to edge for 30 minutes now and walk away...so much better control....I literally do 5 minute sets and 50 kegals in between each set.

I started PE Nov 2015---so I'm a year in.

There is no site that can compare to the Brotherhood. We were the Island of Misfit Toys and were the outcasts of the PE world. We crated our own community that was built on love, kindness, charity and support, we are a family and it makes us a Brotherhood.
