I do 4 reps of 1 minute SSJ after each pumping set. Though DLD said 5mins is enough time to do SSJ. But I believe the more SSJ I do for longer duration, the better for my girth.
What pressure do you pump?
I craved PE, I did it not just everyday but all day. I loved waking up to PE, I loved doing it all the day and I loved it when I trained at night. I took advantage of every possible thing to get in as much as I could.
When I used to pump everyday I went all the way to 12hg after 1 hour of pumping, starting from 5hg and increasing it gradually Now, after a full year break, I can't even handle a SSJ without having to wait 48 hours to recover. Just starting again with some jelqs for now.I don't exceed 7hg. Do your first set at 5hg, second at 6hg if you can stand the pressure and the last at 7hg. There is no point going over 7hg.
Definitely committed all of these years, being obsessed in a positive way opened new doors to this difficult world of P.E.
