Ive had an interesting thought that may have already been brought up, but I'm not sure. Anyway I was thinking about how muscles and ligament work and how they are related. What i was interested on hearing your opinions on is about recovering from a workout. For muscles I found out that it is best to get specific muscles RIPPenis EnlargementD, then allow for your muscles to feel fully recovered before working them again. Do ligs work the same? Also I heard that it is generally a safe idea to work a specific muscle every other day. If this were true, would it not be best to get your PC RIPPenis EnlargementD then skip a day, then get it RIPPenis EnlargementD again the next day, and so on? Would this work for ligs?

Just some thoughts, please correct me if im wrong.

The healing process ligs go through is completely different than the one muscles go through. Ligs actually heal to their original size if left alone.

This is why length workouts should be completed everyday. Ligs that are constantly put under stress and not given the chance to heal will stretch over time.

If you do length workouts one day on, then 3 days off, then you're just wasting your time.

It's ok to stretch the penis often, but I would not stretch it 24/7, lol

If you're new to Penis Enlargement, once a day is fine. When you've been around the Penis Enlargement scene a while, you can bump it up to a level you are comfortable with.

If you're hanging, be sure not to hang for longer than 10 minutes at a time. You need to get fresh blood back into your penis.

Right now my current routine consists of 6 days on, hanging 3 times a day for 10 minutes. I've been around the game a while, so that's not something I would do as a newbie.

As far as the PC(it's actually the BC you want to work) muscle is concerned, I'm really not sure. My bc muscle never really has been sore.

As far as girth, your penis does need time to heal. I do 3 days on, 1 day off. My penis always seems to be bigger on that off day.

You just have to find what works for you, everyone is different. It's best to keep a log of what exercises you've done for how long and how much you've gained. Recently I started using an excel spreadsheet to keep track. This will let you know if you're doing things right instead of guessing.
 
Has enyone figured out the best routine for bc work. Other muscles you work every other day, should we be doing that with our BC's?
 
I made my biggest gains in length and girth when I jelqed and stretched an hour or two, every day, 24/7 from the beginning through month five. I never gave it time to recover. I think DLD did the same. However, I never did it so intensely that I had soreness or pain to speak of. And I never had any bleeding, blood spots or discoloration.
 
Actually you want to work neither the Pubococcygeus nor the bulbospongiousus. Built up tension in these muscles will contribute to quicker orgasm and slightly decreased gains. Using these muscles one and can only prolong ejactulation for several seconds at the point of no return or stop seminal fluid from exiting the urethra but doesn't stop the ejaculation proper (prostate contractions) which means ejaculate is trapped in the urethral tract. With no where to go it can flow backward into the bladder!

The muscle you want to work is the Sphincter ani externus. To isolate this muscle from the levator ani (group containing PC) create internal pressure in your lower abdomen (sex organs, bladder) so you feel them push outward. At the same time try to completely un-flex the BC and PC and concentrate on contracting the muscle directly below your tail bone.

10inchadvantage, 8 hours? That's a bit much. I'd think more in terms of how being in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] makes me feel, just like I would with my hands. I'd say that most men are over doing it in regards to extending. I've done well with as little as 30 minutes in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Total time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is irrelevant if you're going beyond what your body can handle. I'd say start at 30 minutes for 2 weeks and build up to an hour if needed. You can't just go into something thinking I need 20 hours total time because that may be too much, and on the flip side it could be too little. The ultimate goal of Penis Enlargement is to grow, but for me the ultimate goal is to do as little as possible and grow. So far this has been working for me extremely well, and I have a feeling that there are more men overdoing it as opposed to underdoing.

Oh, I'm not recommending starting with 8 hours. Personally I wouldn't go over an hour or so at this stage in my training, but everyone is different.

WRONG!!! Once a ligament is stretched it will return to it's previous state, which is NORMAL. The "lig" stretch is not meant to cause ENORMOUS ligaments but to help pull more of the inner penis out beyond the pubic bone. This is done by stretching the ligaments, which will actually sit LOWER on the shaft but they still remain in a very tight restrictive state. That's the way they are naturally and they don't ever really change. Your goal with a ligament stretch is to "stretch" the ligaments enough so that the shaft will have some "slack". Progressively this "slack" will cause the exit point along the pubic bone to become more exaggerated and you will start to hang lower. The other thing to keep in mind is that the tunica receives a large part of the stretch no matter what the angle, so you are still creating new shaft with every stretch you perform.

I've taken 4 months off while deconditioning and I've never had any of my length gains "disappear" nor have I ever had my ligs draw up so tight as to nullify any growth. Remember you are growing new penis as much as you are trying to pull out the inner penis.
