I would like my erection level to be as high as possible (point toward feiling when standing up), and I was wondering if there are any stretches or specific things I can do to help. I stopped hanging for the time being so hopefully there's a way out there to increase erection level manually. Any information would be greatly appreciated and yes by the way I did try a search before I started this post.
 
yeah, the PC or Kegels practices wil help you so much, specially PC Clamps and all of the Long Slow Squeeze,The PC Stair Steps and the PC Flutter will help also man for sure.

I once tried hanging, but you elevate your knees/legs on a bed for example, and sort of do a hand stand. It hangs out quite high up towards my chest. (you could bang yourself in the face with the weight for example) Not a comfortable way to hang, so haven't i done it much. Maybe it would help if you did it consistantly.

I don't think hanging like this would have any effect of erection angle... why would it?

Kegels are the way forward for this, but remember as the volume of your cock increases due to Penis Enlargement, so does it's weight and it's gonna be harder to keep up at a high angle.
 
Dude, this is EASY.

What you need to do is Jelq.. but up, not too much of course, halfway, bit more or bit less.. test it out.

As of course as other guys mentioned kegels help.. but, this the jelq's are the key in my opinion.

By the way, use 2 hands on your dick at the same time, it's something ive been doing for years, and I always hear guys do it one hand at a time, but you can create MUCH more pressure and tension with the power of both your hands!

I think if you hung like this you would eventually stretch the deep inner bottom section of the shaft (tunica), thus creating a slight raise in angle due to the extra length on the bottom of the cock. Look it obviously wouldn't cause the penis to drop nearly as much as conventional, or BTC hanging. Its just a thoery.

I know my erection angle improved greatly after I invested some serious time into PC fitness. The stronger my pelvic floor muscles became the better my angle became. I have recently, over the past few months, fell off on this routine and low and behold my angle also reduced. Kegels are the one thing many guys let slip through the cracks because they believe that they do not give the penis enlargement gains as does jelqing or stretching exercises but one of the biggest differences between me and the rest of crew, back in the early days, was my PC routine. We are not talking about a slight difference in gains either, my gains were greater than any other guy in the game. I am not saying this was the only difference but it did leave a very big question in many peoples minds.

Speaking of kegals, after getting back into pe, ive been gunning kegals big time and have got rock hard erections back. Thank God, the kegals have come in to rescue again..
 
With all the recent threads stating over doing kegels can lead to Premature ejaculation in a man faster than anything, its kinda hard to ignore.

Your views on such matters ?? I have decided to do kegals one day on and one day off.. since it is a muscle and it needs time to heal only to be attacked the next day stronger ?? !!!rofl

You can fatigue your pc muscles, but the effect wont last for long. I say do it whenever you remember. Premature ejaculation, you gauge that according to your body and your sexual response. I don't cum too quickly so i have not prob with kegals. Anyone else?
 
Me neither. For me, ejac-control is all about concentration and focus. I have been kegeling since I was a kid, but I didn't know it. I used to do it constantly.
