this routine got me to gain half an inch in like 2 weeks when i used to jelq. ive stopped and started it again and it truly is a great routine. heres how it goes
warm up for 5-10 minutes
stretch:
pull down for 30 seconds
stretch over the wrist for 30 seconds
and between the cheeks for 50 seconds
do that in every direction: up, straight out, down, right, left. it should take 15 minutes maybe a little more
then do regular jelqs for ten minutes nice and slow, 3 and a half seconds id say
then for girth the super slow jelqs
get 80 percent erect and hold an ok sign at the base until your penis is incredibly veiny and engorged and with medium lubricant, slowly move it up about an inch and a half. you will feel some pain in the head but thats normal. the pain should be more along the sore side like when ur working out real hard adn your muscles feel like there gonna pop. but if your doing it and have a sudden pain thats bad just like working out. so do taht carefully for 10 minutes then warm down for 5 to 10 minutes.
the logic behind my exercise is first with stretching you get the skin nice and lose to create micro gaps in it after intense stretching and then when u fill it with blood during jelqing and slow jelq it will expand and stretch even more. i can guarantee doing tihs for about 4 months would get you an inch and length and 3/4 an inch in girth. ive started jelqing again and doing this routine two days on 1 day off and ive gaind about 2/16 of an inch in length and girth. the flaccid length is much more impressive by about a quarter inch in length and girth. hope you enjoy it. :D the full routine takes about 35 to 40 mins.

i will. i started at 7.4 non bone pressed and increased to like 7.6. the girth has incrased from like 5.3 to 5.4. this is after two weeks. ill give you guys another routine check in 2 weeks :D
 
i think i've noticed a similar thing to what you have described. some light stretching and jelqing definitely loosens things up and makes it easier to go for a harder stretch/girth exercise right after, kind of like doing dynamic stretching and calisthenics before weight lifting. i think the routine you've laid out could really help those who are doing a lot of sports/running/weight lifting etc because that kind of exertion can (temporarily) take blood away from your flaccid, making it harder to do an intensive pe workout. anyone else know what i'm talking about here? after running a 5k or doing squats my dick is on full retreat mode haha.
 
I find that a light stretch is the perfect warm up sighting all of the reasons you stated.
