So I am new to all of this and after scouring the site for a while decided to create a thread- god help me if I have posted this in the wrong spot, im new to all this!
So I have been doing light Penis Enlargement for the past few days, and am now unsure about my routine, it is
Warm up (5 min)
Stretch (12 x 4 direction for 30 sec)
Jelq (100 + increasing)
PC Clentch (50 + holding last for as long as possible)
Warm down (5 min)
I have been doing this routine for the past 3 days and after seeing a few other routines, especially on this forum, noticed that this may be a light workout...
Current measurements:
Erect: 5" length 3" girth
Flacid 3" length 2" girth
So now comes the questions and im sorry if they sound stupid, I wanna do this once and right!
Routine suggestions? Im looking for what everyone here is most likely looking for, fast results without strain or damage, how much should I increase jelqing? Should I add other techniques? Bearing in mind though I am only new and dont want to take too much on at once.. im not looking for huge gains, id be happy with an inch!
Also, days off? Should rest be applied to routine? Suppliments? I was thinking of looking into some but wanted opinions/results of others? I dont want a pill thats just going to make me hard I want 1 with results, but I hear so many bad remarks from them as well as good reviews, any experiences? Also, how long should it take ( I know where all different) to see some sort of results or improvement?
And the final question, and one which am concerned about, is it usual to feel slight discomfort/numbness in testicle after Penis Enlargement? Not extreme pain but noticeable for around 10 15 mins after warm down
