When one gains length from either manual Penis Enlargement or from device [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], from which end does the penis gain, from the top closest to the glands or from the bottom closest to the base and pelvic bone?

I think my penis is gaining from the base since my cut line is moving upward toward the glands but as it does, it never actually gets closer since the glands move with it. So I am gaining from the base right?
And if so, then is this normal or should I be gaining from the top down instead? Thanks.

I am using both the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and the Velcro strap which pulls different parts of my penis.

Yes, it will stretch a lot if I pull it from the glands.
 
Where you are growing from probably is different for everyone. I'm getting most of my new growth in the middle, but I have had growth at the base in the past
 
I say BS. You have to grab somewhere to stretch. There's nothing above the the glans where you could grab, so the upper part won't grow (from stretching).

However most people will see gains from the base upwards.

Stretch gains (manual or device) come from stretching the ligaments at the base of the penis.

Girth or length gains from the middle of the penis come from from expanding the tunicia through jelqing or using a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

This makes good sense to me. I want my penis to gain from the base to just my cut line. For this I am also using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] which stretches my penis from my cut line down.

I have been doing the Expressive Stretches (manual) and the rotary or helicopter stretches, between [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] routines.
 
Also, after the E stretches and H stretches I [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap for about an hour checking it every so often. My flaccid length is getting longer I think because I do it this way. Don't know about EL length yet but as soon as I get some Viagra I will know if I've gained any EL. :-)

Hi Darren,

In regards to the above. I need to gain from the base, as my base is a bit narrower from the middle of my penis, would you recommend wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] upwards towards my navel or pressed downwards towards my feet?

Im just gathering as much info as i can in order to help with gaining more girth from the base...
