I just spent approx 25 min doing the "BlueWhale" ultimate stretch...(30 sec per hand x 10 reps x 5 sets). I did a flaccid measure and I was able to get close to 8 1/2". Feeling pretty huge, I thought I'd pump for 10-15 min to see if I could break my length on my tube which has been 8 1/4" ...ON A GOOD DAY! Well, shortly after my 8 1/2" flaccid, I started at bareley 6 1/4" in the tube!!! WTF??? I lost approx 1 1/2", holly hell!!! Wrong direction!!! I kept my pumping, intensley, for approx 15 min, and I reached the 8" mark on my tube. So I'm safe...sorta. I now understand the "Tuetleling" (sp?) effect. After a great stretch session, I measured the longest I've ever been, just to be the shortest initial tube length. My length is about the same after pumping, but I'm thicker, as usual, probably from fluid build up.
What do the other members think about this whole situation?
Anybody pump after stretching? If so, what were your results?
