ok guys im back been doing PE off and on but i've been jelqing the past week or so non stop. no negative PI's sometimes i ejaculate. but mostly i edge for 10-15 minutes afterwards.

I usually jelq for 20-30 minutes and edge for 10-15. I try to get to 1 PONR and just completely stop

I do feel the expansion as I incorporate ULI's in the jelq whenever i start getting 80% and higher.
I do feel as if my veins are getting wider everyday and more noticeable veins.

I am DESPERATE in getting my EQ and GIRTH up and ill do whatever it takes.

EDIT: I am highly considering to get the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] but man its expensive and Im afraid I wont fit it or something or itll be a waste.

try seasoning a pork loin then wrapping it with bacon...sear on all 4 sides, drain then bake at 350* until internal temp is around 180*. delicious and easy

My Mom makes pork loin in sauerkraut and it is out of this world. Pork tastes way to gamey to me, it has to be smothered in something for me to eat it. The exceptions ate bacon and ham.
 
Ok guys so I've been pretty consistent with my jelqing routine for the past month.
Well this is going to be great news.
I seen very great gains visually.
Not even from measuring but just visually everything looks great for 1 month of consistent jelqing.
What I mean by that is I feel have gains coming up very soon.

The number 1 reason I feel like I have gained is because my member looks a whole lot veiner and although I could have possibly gained more due to my diet and habits I'm quite surprised with the gains. It has given me motivation to start back to my healthy lifestyle.

So what I changed up is that I went into a more intense session everytime I PE. I literally try to get as much blood into it as I can without being scared. I figured I could go this route because I've been doing it for so long. For me it is considerably hard to gain girth for some reason which is the reason I will be getting the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] in the next couple hours. Not really sure how that will go but I hope it is not money wasted nor time.

I will be posting a thread somewhere in the forum that will change the game up for guys looking for gains. I will make sure I put it in the original post and in the following post. I really believe that this will be the new meta for Beginners to Advanced Pe'ers. Catch ya later

it's great that you've made jelqing a habit. it's a great "basic" exercise and i consider it very solid for upper shaft and glans girth development, also maybe a bit of length can be gained as well but i don't think it's specifically the best for length

Either way is fine, stick with not and watch your girth grow so much faster.

Today I did Cardio. HIIT to be exact. Wasnt too intense but I Noticed that my member had very noticeable blue veins.
I did some research and found out that blue means deoxygenated so I thought to myself. Hey lets gets some oxygen into it. Did my 2nd jelqing session of the day and man I noticed my NBPEL shooting through the roof. I dont usually measure it but I will soon.

Haven't measured since I dont have a ruler.
I see some gains coming within a month or so!

Getting use to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] as the days pass. I try to stay in it at least three minutes. Slowly increasing Pressure. I'm happy with it so far. It's only been a week. So I have to stay patient.

Great to see the consistency. I am also happy you are doing HIIT it is the fastest and easiest way to get in shape. Seems too simple to be true but it works. Update: Just ordered the sizedoctor gamechanger and a set of 20 pound weights. Might as well go hard. This way I psychologically pressure myself to go home and do what I go to to do.

Do you have a plan worked out yet? Maybe a rough draft of what you want to do? If you need any help my brother just let me know.

trying to start low I feel like the less you do the more you gain.

OK that looks like a good starting routine to get used to the exercises and to see what you like and what you don’t like. As far as increases in circulation go this will be taken care of easily using the 5×5×3.

so could you explain to me what the long term benefits of pumping are a little bit, i tried pumping last year but it didnt turn out for me so well due to consistency. what can i expect out of it outside the temporary things.

When you pump the correct way it brings girth and it will also bring a little bit of length in addition to the strongest elections pissible. In order for pumping to work it’s best to use the SRT routine called the 5×5×3 and you will gain girth very quickly.

Don’t watch adult entertainment, give yourself a few days to get good EQ and remeasure.
 
just been a time thing tbh, today my mityvac arrives. any suggestions on something i can do with the size doctor and mity vac? and btw my BPSFL has been getting longer its reaching 7.5 without even trying but im scared that im going to have a limp noodle with not enough blood to fill in the gap for increase on bpel

My goodness yes! With these two devices you can do the whole of SRT. Have a look through the routine and pick out which length workout you desire, there are 2 for Hanging. With your pump you will want to use the 5×5×3 in SRT.
