Currently doing stretches. 5 minute jelq session and also 6 sets of uli’s at 10 second a piece.

Also working on improving blood circulation. Doing kegals throughout the day. Around 50 each time and trying to hold the last one for as long as I can.

Also I work out consistently for the past 3 months 4 days out of the week.

Sometimes at the end of every work out I get on the bicycle and do 40 second barely pedaling and 20 second burst sprints for 10 minutes.

I work out chest and legs together twice a week.

I watch what I eat. I stay away from sugar and caffeine. I don’t use pre-workout or creatine.

Also I have posted my measurement for the start of my session. Any questions just pm me.

Do you have new measurements? Did you make some gains?

Still in the ‘less is more’ for another week.

I’m ruling out uli’s til I get enough blood circulation to get 90% without having to edge or slightly masturbate as I blew my streak today :/ .

Hopefully won’t hinder gains .

Thx I have isolated myself to another state so that helps a lot lol .

Also doing abs before and after workout.

It’s all in your mind! Just stick your head in first and control your breathing. Also noticing a lot of good PI’s like new veins etc. Since Monday I’ve worked out twice and next week I’ll add 2 more minutes

I’m definitely doing something right. Today I noticed a new system of capillaries becoming visible. That only means 1 thing! Gains coming soon.

Mehhh kinda sorta.. still getting little purple spots here and there after a workout. They heal in a day or so. Not I won’t really turn up intensity til I’ve cemented girth a little bit and till it’s gotten tougher. So overall I’d say 10% increase on grip.

I am not sure if doubling the sleeves would help or hurt. It would seem that if you get the latex sleeve too thick it may cause issues with trying to get it on. Now if someone could come up with a super flexible and soft silicone sleeve, that may be the gold at the end of the rainbow. If the silicone sleeve was longer and could be cut to the size that was needed that would be ideal. I have found a site that sells silicone sleeves that are suppose to be soft and flexible so I may order them to see if it will work
