this pump is crazy for girth....after each session i have to have an increase of at least .5 to .75 gain in girth....what about u guys....has any one experienced permanent gains yet seeing that mines only stays for about 30 min but does feel fuller through out the day....post ur results

At first I was having problems with the suction....now I got a good seal and really push for those extra pumps and I feel it!!!!! Right now I max out at 1/2 inch in girth gain. I would love to see a full inch!!!!

Bad thing, only the rings around the base. After a session i always get the baseball grip. But get up to 1 inch girth on a good session. No permanent yet.

I was getting up to the 188mm mark pumping to the max. With a cock ring I got up to 190mm easily at about 90%. Try it with a cock ring fellas.

Everyone that is using it is seeing at least a .5" of exspansion with each use...I am pretty sure guys are making gains across the board. But, when used with my new routine there is no way you can't gain. I also agree with staying clamped or using a cock ring after the session to keep that pump all day.
