Maybe its just me but some of the time I have a smaller erection size but my penis is just is hard as it would normally be. So I bring the idea that the PC muscles are in control of size more than the tissue we try to break down through Penis Enlargement. Now we all know we can do kegels and get hrder but not bigger. But I have read a story of a guy who was too chicken to do Penis Enlargement work of the fear of hurting himself.

He noted that he has increased his penis size on his girth and length for gains that are cemented.He noted that all he did was PC work and took supplements on and off from time to time.

So what comes to my mind from that info? The penis is a balloon and no matter how much Penis Enlargement work you do you wont max gains or keep them without PC work.

I have had a rock hard undersized erection plenty of times. How can tissues be fully erect or full with blood without being the normal size?

Are we underestimating the power behind PC work?
 
Man I know this kid whose 19 and cant get an erection cuz he took Viagra at like 17 now he cant get hard without it. But thats besides the point. I always wondered that too. Well if PC work can increase the size directly than it is more valuable than we all thought. I always thought that with a bigger unit the demand for blood would be higher so therefore the PC would need to be strengthened to work at maximum efficiency. Im interested to see where you follow this one GH

Were you measuring exactly the same every time? I have never heard of this before. And yes, it is underestimated how important our pelvic floor muscles are.

Hey Girthhammer, your dick can get still get really hard without being at its fullest erection. If your dick is overly condition or stressed from alot of Penis Enlargement then your tunica is probrobly starting to tuffin up even when semi erect. PC muscles can't enlarge your penis directly. Strong PC muscles will allow you to achieve your fullest possible unclamped erection.

Here is an example. Say your normal erection is 7 inches length X 5.5 girth. No after a really strong kegel your dick instantley balloons to 7.2 inches length x 5.6 girth and the glans also swell. Now after the kegel is released your dick instantley deflates back down to 7 inches length x 5.5 girth again. So you see kegels help your dick to stay at its max unclamped erection. It can't actually enlarge your dick beyond its elastic limit by its self. Only Penis Enlargement can do that.

Just to add on to this, I really do believe that with very very strong Pelvic Floor Muscles that they can push blood into the three chambers at a high PSI and over time with having extrme erections this will also assist in expanding these three chambers to new limits, as well as having 100% erections all the time. You just can't loose by having good strong PFM's.

Im not disagreeing with the power of Penis Enlargement. I just think its like want to get bigger weight wise but not eating as much as you need to. I think alot of Penis Enlargement'ers dont respect to benefits they present to use.

No when I see it am not measuring I just cant help but notice my penis isnt at its full size sometimes but still hard. This is not something that happens all the time but when it does it confuses me cause I can get erect later on in the day or the next day and be full sized. I am a big PC advocate. I think it very overlooked and I dont understand why. I think some guys guys fall in love with the visual of bigger girth while girth training for girth and length while stretching and forget what really important about size.

Strong pelvic floor muscles will help with a stronger erection as they will help force more blood into the penis and I have been going on about this for several years with the clamping I do, as that does work the pelvic muscles and makes them much stronger.

Not quite sure what the discussion is with this thread, but I will assume its about the importance of doing PC 'kegel' work in a mans Penis Enlargement routine? yes its important but isnt complicated or need to be complicated with stupid routines ... simple, thats what it is .. do quick & slow squeezes throughout the day until the muscle is tired and also when you clamp, pump and do other Penis Enlargement work ... you cant overtrain this muscle like other muscles as it doesnt get the direct stimulus, your not lifting anything .. merely contracting and that contraction isnt against a resistence UNLESS you place a towel over your erect penis and pull it down .. than you have resistence and in which case if it do it for hours eachday than I would think a chance exists that you may overtrain but imo its slim.

This is why I created the Resiflex(linked below). For those who have a hard time exhuasting the PFM's. This is a true form of resistance to these muscles and can be overtrained with it as well!
