We have DLD blasters now introducing the brand new POKEY BLASTERS. I was thinking of calling it the bear blasters but just didn't have the same right. Now do a Kegel for 5 seconds and a reverse kegel for 5 seconds. That is one set just like the DLD Blaster. The only difference is I feel a lot more of a tug back when doing it. Not only will this stretch but it will keep it in a stretched form after doing the blasters. Try doing 50 sets. After doing these on the vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I feel an extreme tension on my penis unlike anyother before that people who hang probably feel everyday. Well this is my variation try it if you care.

Looks like a good start Pokey but it is missing one critical component that will make this exercise, perhaps, as powerful as Blasters. To understand why this missing link is so important you need to understand the mechanics behind the DLD Blaster.

My original theory (now some would call fact) explained how when we stretch our penis we psychologically hold back in a sense, subconsciously, but still we unknowingly flex our pelvic floor muscles. The reason this happens is our brain is sending a warning to the muscles to flex as the penis is being pulled from the body. SUbconsciously, our mind is extremely protective of our bodies and when it senses danger it reacts.

The beauty of being a intelligent human being is that we have the power to change our own reactions to bodily function if we are aware of it. In this spirit we can see Reverse Kegels as the action to the reaction. Essentially, when we do a reverse kegel, we are forcing the pelvic floor muscles to relax and in this window of relaxation, a short period, in DLD Blasters case 5 second, but non the less, this 5 seconds gives us the access to stretch the suspensory ligaments without the pelvic floor muscles interference.

What does this mean to the lame-man? Let me kick it this way, DLD Blasters are the manual version of penis enlargement surgery. When I was developing the Blasters I studies the male sexual reproductive system with a dedication that is hard to recall in any other period of my life, up to the point. Moreover, my own body was the lab that I conducted the experiments on.

In this physical approach to a surgical procedure I was able to see that if I could mentally relax my pelvic floor muscle I could physically stretch my ligaments with complete isolation. This, in itself would not prove my theory but my own proven gains, and the gains of many other men, miles of inches yielded from this underground marvel, I think indeed lends to the factuality of my work with Blasters.

With Pokey Blasters the component you have failed to include in your exercise is the window of opportunity you have during the Reverse Kegel portion. If you were to further extend the VIMAX during the 5 seconds (essentially, this could be 60 seconds if you could hold a RK, I can) and in this extension you are making ligament gains.

I have been reverse kegaling while BTC hanging! Well, let me first say if you stand straight up so the weight is hanging SD, feel your suspensory ligament. It should feel cord-like and right at the base of your penis, possibly covered by the fat pad...now hit a reverse kegal and you will feel that thing jut out a bit. I have been trying to reverse kegal for as long as possible (and trying not to shit myself in the process :D) while hanging BTC. So far, it feels pretty good.
