heres the lowdown on where i stand and what my current and previous routine looks like
so ive finally reached the 6 month point in my pe journey and have made some nice length gains but havent found ANY change in girth.on that note lets talk about what my girth routine looks like
i pe 4 days on 3 days off alternating girth day then length(used to pe more but i find rest promotes a lil more growth)
since length is not my problem heres what my girth days look like
i do girth in 2 sessions a day,first i do 3 sets of reverse trap jelqs holding for 20 seconds(ide like to get rid of my baseball bat shape)plus i do lots of hard kegaling,and if i have time i jelq for 10 or 15 mins to close the first session out.
later before bed my second session looks like this

3 sets of ulis holding for 30 seconds
3 sets more of reverse trap jelqs
and then close it out with some boa constricted jelqing for 15 mins(redz's excersise for head growth)
and thats what a typical girth day looks like for me,right now my girth stands at 4.75" and i would really like to bring it up,so heres my question for you guys
what do i need to do differently to have a better chance of growth,ive tryed upping intensity but havent seen much change aside from a much more vieny penis(my veins seem to have grown alot but still never turns into actual girth)
