I have attached the following pics so that newbies can understand what the basic stretches look like. They were left off the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] for some reason.

I have shown:

  • The BTC stretch (with second arm added for extra leverage).
  • The side BTC stretch, with stretch-side foot elevated on a crapper stool or chair.
  • The straight down stretch (try the "Footlong Stretch" for extra intensity).
  • The Straight Out stretch (Usually add a second arm pushing on wrist, with assisting arm's elbow using pelvic bone as fulcrum...could not show this because I had to hold the camera).
  • The Straight up stretch.

These are not the only way to do these, but how I do them. Try different hand positions if you like, but these are the way I prefer.

Yeah man you have the abs a blazin. And your flacid length looks pretty nice. And its good you put the pics up. I know when i was a newbie i bought the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] and was wondering exactually how to do some of the stretches, even though its common sense. Its always good to see how to EXACTLY do them. If you strech alittle bit to the right or to the left it will be alittle different of a stretch.
 
Dude your built like a tank, no bodyfat and pretty much zero fatpad. Awesome stuff man great demonstration. Your flaccid stretch length also looks realy long, keep up the good work man.

Thanks for all the compliments guys...actually, I'm really gonna try to tackle my fat pad, because it takes a whole inch off my erect measurements. I would guess that my bodyfat is somewhere around 13-14%, I could stand to cut a little / add some lean mass.

An inch? on you? Are you serious? Dude i dont see how u can get that, thats crazy. I myself get a full inch at 7.5 nbp and 8.5 bp, i have a good amount covered up, esp when flaccid. What do you intend to do to lose weight? What supps do you take, excercise regimen, etc if you dont mind answering?

Actually, I had a DEXA scan done on me when I was a bit more ripped...I know you saw the pics Prince Albert, it was several months ago. But anyway, I was almost exactly 11% then, and I know I have gained 4 pounds since then, which I would hope are muscle, but may very well be fat. Let's say somewhere between 10-15%.
