These are not the only way to do these, but how I do them. Try different hand positions if you like, but these are the way I prefer.
I have shown:
- The BTC stretch (with second arm added for extra leverage).
- The side BTC stretch, with stretch-side foot elevated on a crapper stool or chair.
- The straight down stretch (try the "Footlong Stretch" for extra intensity).
- The Straight Out stretch (Usually add a second arm pushing on wrist, with assisting arm's elbow using pelvic bone as fulcrum...could not show this because I had to hold the camera).
- The Straight up stretch.
These are not the only way to do these, but how I do them. Try different hand positions if you like, but these are the way I prefer.
