Alright guys, here's where you post the "Perfect Routine" this routine has to be within a 45 minute time limit, and has to work both length and girth. I'm such a cheater! Actually I'm looking for input, since I'm gonna be starting a routine again. For the past while i've been winging it and haven't gained a thing. Sooooo, back to the old days.
