Like I said I've never tried but I wouldn't mind being a little thicker
I suggest if you want to get thicker that you use the 5x5x3. This will quickly improve your girth in record speed.
 
What kind of nominal gains could I expect with doing girth exercises? Currently I'm at 6.25" mid shaft
The 5x5x3 we'll bring growth extremely quick. There is a no better girth routine. What is your goal as far as girth goes? You are already a monster, so I wouldn't go too far. Also what is your length? Are you doing any length exercises?
 
Well a girth goal would to be a honest 6.5" behind the head and a 7" base girth. My length is bone pressed is 6.25". I don't really care about getting much longer though

So just stick with SRT and it will bring all the girth, you desire. And your goals are very humble so I see you doing this quite quickly. You can add and take away from this routine especially the length portion. You might even consider doing the girth portion twice a day. I pray you have good luck in this and you get to where you want to go quickly
 
I've been doing it once a day,I haven't measured yet but my cock definitely is a little thicker and fuller behind the head
