Just got off my hols and ready to start Penis Enlargement seriously now till Christmas. I am still looking to get to that 8" mark, im 7" now. I have had a long spell out so i have not done anything contineous for ages, im kinda starting a fresh. My sole goal is length and hitting 8" so whatever you guys think is the best way for me to get there please comment. Reasons and exercises would be great.

I had the MaxVac Hanger, but i found i got far too much fluid and it made an extra cock of skin above my head.

I didnt really know any specific routine for hanging, such as weights, duration, times per day and any extra exercises thrown in with it.

Would it not be worth while to start back to the basics following the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] again and then progress to more advanced?

I've hung using a bib for a while but most of my length gains have come from manual exercises. I broke through my plateau at 7.5" when I went back to manuals and added in the use of the vac-extender [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. I would think about using a basic stretching routine for a few weeks supplemented with [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] work for 4-6 hours post session and then move up the intensity ladder by using a more intense exercise. Then once you've gotten to a decent amount of work using that one exercise consider dropping the total amount of work with that one exercise and add in another, which would hit the same area or possibly a combination of areas, and superset the work back and forth until the sets are completed. Again, I would supplement this with [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] work for 4-6 hours a day.

It will be 7days a week, starting off gradually to begin with. 300 jelqs 30 mins stretching. Each week i will increase the intensity and the reps.

I will continue this for 2 months, if gains are still coming i will follow it longer. Few questions regarding the routine: -

1) Jelqing before or after stretching?
2) After each stretching session should i do 100 jelqs?
3) Is it ok to split the routine up over the day AM, PM?

Once this routine is done i will add in the more advanced exercises such as A-Stretch, DLD Blaster etc. Come to that when i get there.

My goal is 8" i havent measured propally but i think im around 7". I have been on an extremely long decon, so is my plan good to go? My goal is soely length, bit of girth along the way will be good too. ha. Will i achieve my goals with this?

BULC, I would stretch in the AM or mid morning and do the jelqing at night shortly before you head to bed. I would work to keep the intensity and volume down for the 1st week or so and focus on stretching longer each rep, and use plenty of heat in between rounds as this will keep the tissues pliable. The jelqing I would start with 100-200 reps at most because you've been on decon for so long, but also so that you don't over stress the tissues and cause them to harden because you're doing too much.

You hit the nail on the head there mate, i duno whether you have seen my other post, but i over did the Jelqing and badly bruised my dick!

I showed my gf the pics of my injury and she really pissed me off, she said i dont know why you do it, theres no point and its not changed at all anyway! which annoyed me and got me abit down! She cant notice the difference! >:(

I will take you advise and start very slow! Do you think it will take me long to get my goals doing this routine? As i NEED to get gains to show my gf! really got to me that has! None beliver! I might not tell her im doing Penis Enlargement and then show her it at Xmas.

I think i wana leave the hanging until i move on to the next stage after a few months. will do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for few months, then add in the more advanced stretching and the maybe hanging.
