I'm just looking for what would be best for me really, there's doing the exercises on this website which i've paid for for half an hour or so, or paying for an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and trying that.

Apparently you have to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for a number of hours though? why is that?

I'd imagine for gaining length it's a similar pulling motion, just using a device which would be holding tension constant, so why would i need to wear it for 4 hours when people have had results just pulling and doing exercises by hand in half an hour a day?

What are people experiences with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in comparison. and would you even recommend doing both in a routine?

Also I don't mean to sound ignorant if I do but I have a question about cementing gains.

People recommend tapering off to cement gains so your penis gets used to less stress, in theory though wouldn't your penis be cementing gains anyways over time due to constant Penis Enlargement?
 
I started out using just an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], but usually just 1-2 hrs a week instead of the 8 hrs daily that's recommended. When I did wear the device, it wasn't like a comfortable stretch where you can move around, instead I did extreme stretches straight out. I gained about an inch, but that's over 2 years, and the skin where the head meets the shaft gets some slight deformation, not noticeable unless your looking for it. After doing Phase 1 from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] I gained a half inch in just 3 weeks. Manual stretching seems to be much more effective, but my grip was the only problem. Now I'm using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] and that seems to be the best length product for me. Most people seem to agree that manual stretch is best, and if you want to use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], it's to supplement the manual stretches.
 
The idea is that with manual you can exert a greater amount of force. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] usually only put out about 3 pounds. If your hands can put out 20+ pounds and an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] only 3 pounds your hands will be more effective.

If you do Penis Enlargement long enough then yes. I believe that the effects of Penis Enlargement may best be explained by a combination of mechanical and biological creep.

Mechanical creep is defined as the elongation of tissue beyond its intrinsic extensibility resulting from a constant load applied over time (as with Penis Enlargement exercises). On the cellular level: *"Networks of fibrous collagen and elastin within these tissues are clearly able to reorient themselves after the application of force."

Biological creep refers to the generation of new tissue (after mechanical creep). This can occur during the "cementing" phase of Penis Enlargement or if you do Penis Enlargement long enough for this phenomenon to take effect.

They are a perfect combination for length. They use different techniques, high force & short time (manual) and low force and long time (extender).

Hey Big Al. You have the same philosophy on plastic deformation and mechanical creep as I do. When a certain load and tension is placed on human tissue for long enough the tissue will go into creep before it reaches plastic deformation. This is why I have implented hanging into my workouts since sets last for 18-20 minutes at a time. I also now hold all of my manual stretches for 2-3 minutes each. When you get a chance check out my thread in the article section called kingsnake (dropping a little science on how Penis Enlargement works).

Comfort is different and highly dependent on wrapping form. Once this is mastered the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] can stretch wit much more power than any other method.

What have people experienced in keeping gains? Like did you stop after say a year and how much did you sustain or loose?

I only ask because i can be dedicated to the program, but also wouldn't want to push my luck and have to keep it going for years to keep the size, you only have one penis lol

I have not done daily pe for a long time (aside from testing new equipment or developing new exercise) and I have not lost a thing. After you make the gains you desire you will need to Penis Enlargement for about 5-8 weeks after to cement the gains. After this you will retain the gains but it is a good idea to do a maintenance routine for general penile health, maybe 1 or 2 times a week.
