This came to me after switching my weight training program around from what I was use to doing.I have had gains trying this with weight training. Now I think I want to test it on Penis Enlargement. My program i do now is all about "continual adaption". Would any pro bodybuilder be the same size today if he was still lifting what he did when he was a novice. Not at all.

Lets use a leg workout for example. You can do as many supersets,drop sets,etc. with the same poudage and fell like you had a hellish workout. And you can do this for a year and still fell the same way after every single time. But are you really gaining after the second or third time you have done this? No, Cause nothing has changed in the parameters to cause an increase in muscle size.

What infinite in weight lifting? POUNDAGE. If you dont getting stronger you will stop growing its that simple. What infinite and Penis Enlargement? TUT and INTENSITY. But i cant increase the time of the same routine daily? Here the magic of the program. Pick 1 exercise only for each day of the week.

EXAMPLE:
1: Bluewhale Stretch
2: Jelq
3: Horse 440's

5: DLD Blasters
6: Clamped edging
7: DLD Bends

*If your like me and only do a few select exercises. Either take rest days or pick 3-4 exercises and rotate them daily. If you choose to rotate 3-4 of them add more TUT and Intensity every other rotation.

*Increase the TUT/Intensity weekly creates "continual adaption=continual growth". By adding as little as 5 minutes or more reps. Once you fell like like cant add more time or intensity take a decon break(optional) or switch the exercise around and start with a few different ones(optional).

Other possible ways to do this format. Select 2 exercises to do the same day. Break it up into 3-4 groups. Perform them and take a rest day then perform the next group. You add minutes to just one exercise or both but doing just one each week makes more growth phases.


Example:
1: Basic stretch/Jelq
2: OFF
3: Bluewhale Stretch/ Clamped edge
4: OFF
5: Horse 440's/ DLD Bends
6: OFF
7: Repeat cycle

Hey Girthhammer. I see you are familiar with DC training. LOL.LOL.LOL. Only people who are into bodybuilding will probrably know what I'm talking about. This sounds like a good idea hammer. I think you are definently on to something. With the ever increaseing tut and intensity the tissues of the penis will continue to be stretched beyond there elastic limit even when adaptation takes place.

From my experience, In muscle and strength building, the factors that affect intensity are

a)total time
b)rest between sets
c)sets/reps
d)weight used
e)shocking the nervous system with different exercises/routine

The problem your going to have when comparing this to Penis Enlargement is that in working out your not only working out the muscles, in fact alot of your strength and msucle will come because you are working out your nervous system! As far as i know this cannot be replicated in Penis Enlargement.. as the nervous system is not activated or pushed etc. etc.

a)Total time-- well in the gym you would stay less than an 45 min to an hour because of nervous system and chemicals released inside your body
-- for Penis Enlargement its hard to say, you gotta reach some sort of fatigue
b)Rest between sets-- in the gym you only use rests between sets to get back momentary/short term energy, also to allow lactic acid to leave, so that your ok to hit another set, usually you take 30 seconds to 2 min rest here depending on poundage used, if it wasnt for this you would do your sets back to back until your actual muscle is truly exhausted
-- for Penis Enlargement, because energy is not an issue, lactic acid is not an issue , you should be able to keep going, the only thing is that you might lose focus when doing a longer set as compared to a short one.. but maybe we should consider the science of stretching here, i dunno if longer sessions are better or more shorter ones,,, i think both can get the same result if dont properly
c) Sets/reps -- In the gym you vary is depending on if you want size, endurance, strength or power, as changing it will tap a different energy source and hit the muscle different
-- well we arent adding any weights to our penis so this is harder to apply, not taping the nervous system energy again, and our focus is just to cause fatigue and stretch,, this is a hard one i dunno whats best
d) Weight used -- in the gym we do either base(heavy weight/low rep) or volume(lower weight/high rep) or a combination such as a muscle rounds(example 6 rounds of 4 reps, with 10 second pause between each, = 1 set, do a total of 4 sets)
-- i dont use weight on my penis, but you can vary the intensity of your hand, i think its best to go near 100% most of the time here
e)Shocking the nervous system-- I think this is what you were focusing on right? By changing up the different routine and order of exercises, this works on bodybuilding because the muscular system is tied with the energy and nervous system, you are shocking these systems,,,
-- Penis Enlargement doesnt hit the nervous system,

But you know what man, changing up the exercises etc might freshen up your mind overall, and bring back motivation etc etc.. so all in all it still might work because of the mental aspect.. but im not so sure it would cause too much change physically... but of course mental is huge right
 
Yeah i agree. More tut can be done with Penis Enlargement because you are not training the nervus system or anything of that nature. Your are simply stretching the tissues of the penis. As far as rest cycles what determinds that is your EQ. IF your EQ stays 100% then Penis Enlargement can be done everyday with no rest. If EQ is effected in a negative way after so many days of Penis Enlargement without rest then obviously rest days are needed.

Yah your right, i forgot about EQ.. lol, but ya thats what i follow now too in terms of rest

Kingsnake,Im a big DC addict. Its the only plan I gain on. But I train only chest,delts,back,quads,hams every other day. I take 1 set to failure and use different exercise each workout. Im stacking MHP Dark Matter and LG Sciences T-911 and my strength is going up week by week.

But back to Penis Enlargement. I hope this will lead to gains. I got this idea cause pretty much all of us do multiple exercises that do the slighty different effect on the penis.So why not maximize the gains of the tension each different exercise present to the penis. My PC workout are just intense as my Penis Enlargement workouts so my EQ doesnt struggle to answer the discussion above. But I think you rest is important if needed.

Homelesswombat, Good idea With picking one exercise for a week. I was just trying to give a good example but since last night was my first time staring this I will do it your way. I honestly think this is better cause your penis will get comfortable even while adapting to the increasing time then you throw it a curveball by switching the exercise. Good idea. rep points coming your way.
