I have a roomate (Im in college) and its hard to p.e. because he's always here!! I havent been able to pe at tall this week...any ideas?? I'd hate to lose my momentum..

yeah DLD's mile threw me off too..I might bring it up to him, then again I could just wait a week and start back because he's leaving plus we have a break coming up. Im gonna try hiding away in the bathroom first. lol..seriously though.

hey DLD while I have your attention is clamped jelqiing good for lenght too or is regualr jequing the only way to go?

You could just say, "Hey man, sometimes you might catch me tugging on my pecker. I just want you to know, that it's not that I'm jacking off (well, not always anyway), but I am doing some penis enlargement exercises. I have to do these every day or I can't get it to work, so you will just have to overlook it man. I can teach you the stuff and show you my online group if you want. But just wanted to let you know, that this is something I have to do every day."
 
If you're not comfortable with telling him you want a bigger penis, you can always say that you are doing exercises to maintain a healthy penis in the long run.
Guys can be real bastards if we say we need to grow our dicks, but I'm sure none will underestimate the importance of keeping a healthy pecker if you want to keep using it for many and long years. :P

If you do feel comfortable about it, then just try what tester8888 said.

Hello, I'm new to all this. I just bought the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words], and i was wondering, how long should i do each faze? One month? DLD in his interview says that he gained 2 inches in the first year, so how long did you do the exercises to gain your max? For me its not a problem to do it 6 months, one year, 2 years. I'm very dedicated when i decide something. Also, i think i have one problem. When i start the exercises, it stimulates me to erection, and then i cant do it. Is it bad to first jerk off, and then when i cum 1-2 minutes later to start the exercises. I think that way it will stay flaccid? I know these are stupid questions, but I'm new, so don't mind please :) Also, is there anything special I'm supposed to eat, some vitamins or other things?

Do each phase as long as you want .. example. why would you stop phase1 if you are still gaining from it, all up to you
You can jerk off first and then do stretching if you like, i saw DLD somewhere here saying the same thing, althou some people will probably tell you it could slow your gains, many dont believe that
You should eat clean and healthy not only for your Penis Enlargement but for your body, healthy lifestyle, arginin, vitamins, are fine, you could also try leech oil for faster gains
 
You will stay on each phase for the time you are gaining with that phase. You could be on Phase 1 the entire time if you are gaining with it.
 
So i do phase one for one month, and then do it for lets say additional 2 weeks, and if i didn't gain between one month, and one month and two weeks i pass to the next phase? Will that be OK? I know, i go to gym and have a well organised diet, try to eat as many fruit and vegetables for vitamins and minerals, but i was wondering if there are any particular vitamins or minerals that help gain, so i can try to eat more of that? thx
 
trust your ruler and keep solid measurements. If you are gaining, still with what you are doing. If you go 3-4 weeks without gains it is time to increase the intensity and/or reps or switch to a new, more powerful routine (i.e. Phase 2).
 
OK GUYS!! Solution found..I know that I wont be able to knock out my pe routine all at once, but I CAN spread the exercises out throughout the day. do one set of stretches, go about my business, sneak away for about 5 minutes or so and do another stretch and repeat, do my kegels throughout the day, and clamp/ clamp jelq at night. instead of doing 3 sets i could do 4 idealy. DLD, whats your take on this??
 
When i do the basic stretching exercises, i have to grab the head of the penis with the OK grip, otherwise, if i grab the skin just below the head, it slides right off and i lose my grip. When i do the OK grip with the head, it hurts, and now my head ( or shaft) is swelled and when i try to do new stretching i cant, the pain is stooping me. I do 3 sets of basic stretch before i move on to the next exercises. By the time I've don the third set, my head is all red and swelled and hurts like hell. What to do? I tried using a condom to protect the head a little, but it slides right off. Thanks in advance.
