That is it, very simple, stretch your penis while it is erect. Start with 10, 30 second stretches.
 
It has a very strange sensation but it feels good. Just practice it and go slow. I think gains come faster using these stretches.
 
Had 2 days of what I thought was no progress, or ineffective training.

Today though my length after stretches was about .25 longer than usual. Future gains? =D

Future gains? If you can measure it, it is real!
 
Hey All.

I've been going at it for about a month, and all I've pretty much been seeing is temporary flaccid gains.

Basically right after the stretch or hang, then it goes back to its general length. Lately it has been getting a bit longer during the hanging, and stretching though. Just to go back to its normal size within a few minutes.

Right after the exercises it can be up to an inch longer then it usually is flaccid, but then goes back to normal within a bit of time.

Is this a sign for eventual gains? or am I doing something wrong?

As a newbie, you will see little gains after 30 days of training. But do not bank on that. It's best to wait for at least 3 months before looking out for gains. Train consistently for 3 months before measuring. If you do it this way, you will see gains at the end of the 3rd month.
