hi guys
im new to this forum and was wondering if i could get some advice on my p.e workouts.

well the thing is ive been doing all the p.e workouts (excluding) the testical health massage on phase 1 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] for just over 3 months and i havent made any gains in length.
ive notice a diffrence in my flacid girth and a 'slight' diffrence in length but nothing in 'erect girth and length'.
should i switch to phase 2?

im been really dedicated and havent given up but for the last two weeks ive started lossing hope and i havent done any workout, resulting in me going back to my original size.<:(

i do all my work outs back to back and it takes me approxametly 3 1/2 - 4 hr to complete the phase.
my workout days are:
mon
tue
th
fri
sun
mon etc..

im up to 70 seconds stretch holds and 38 rotating turns as well as 1100 jelqs (all from phase 1)
what am i doing wrong? ive been dedicated,have switched to a healthy diet and am curently tacken part in intense sports..like running,swimming..(mostly cardio)

this was one of my most important goal i placed on my new years resolution list and my confidence is slowly diminishing..please help.

It sounds like you are doing way too much and possibly overtraining which can act against you if you are the type that requires rest. You may require higher intensity for shorter time periods. Maybe Phase 5, 4 times a week may get you out of this slump. Maybe take a day off every 4 days. The reason I suggest Phase 5 is because it is VERY INTENSE and should only take an hour per day.

but im kinda confuse.. arent we suppose to rest every third day?
for eg:
mon/tue/REST/thu/fri/REST/ and so on..

DLD has no rest days, basically because it built a habit for him. It obviously works for him, but do what your body tells you. I personally go with the no rest days, because I find Penis Enlargement to be a good stress reliever.


I really should get back into my routine...
 
Listen to your body is the key here - like every other training routines - gym, bikes, running etc.
I suggest you to take a few days off and restart with less stress. I go for 2 days on, 1 day light routine, 3 days on and 1 day completely off.
But like everybody told you - it's up to you to feel your body.
 
As I said, every man has a different threshold for pain, intensity and time, and finding and understanding these limits is vital to gaining and continuing to gain. You always want to press the bet but no so much that you hurt yourself. Also, you want to find how much rest time you really need. Up to now it sounds like you have gone full out with no rest, as I said above, try a new routine that included good intensity with some resting. Here is a blurb from the member site:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

4 days a week /rest the following day and repeat
how long will i have to wait between sets eg:once i finish the stretch sets how long should i wait till i move on to the girth sets?
also can i add some wet jelqs as a additional to my phase 5 workout? if so how many should i start of with? im currently at 1100 wet jelqs.

sorry guys about my long questions i just not want to get it "wrong again" its quiet hard saying motivated after three months of no gains.

I would say Phase 5 girth with maybe Phase 2 stretching. There are also a lot of other length exercises that are not part of the Phases yet like Footlong Stretches and Sock Stretches, both very valid length exercises. Adding in jelqing with Phase 5 can be done but I suggest going with only one exercise per, so [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for girth and Footlongs for length (ex) this way you can see what is working.
 
ok got it phase 2 stretching and phase 5 girth.GREAT im going to start tomorrow :)

oh and as i had mentioned before in my previous post can i start using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or should i stick with manuel girth workouts for now?

You seem to be doing too much, which is frustrating, but good at the same time. It's good that you are so dedicated and if you can channel your dedication in the correct quantities, you will be unstopable. Doing 3-4 hours is extremely impressive but is likely just to fatigue your dick and prevent growth. I reckon your best bet is to go to Phase 5 AND buy a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. If you have that much dedication, you will seriously like the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and what it can do for you. Good luck dude!
