ive been pein for awhilw now maybe 3 months on and off and when i first started inoticed it getting bigger butnow i think it stopped gaining my exercie routine is stretch up,down,left,right n straight out 1 min each for 5 times each
 
have you measured or are you going by sight? if you feel like your gains has stopped maybe it is time for you to move on to more advance exercises
 
thug, do some searches and research more. Seems to me that from what you're saying, u know very little about Penis Enlargement. If you're going to put your heart into this, you might as well learn a lot about this before you start expecting gains.

This is Penis Enlargement, you get out of it what you put into it.

I feel that 3 times a week just isnt going to cut it, sorry bud, I'd say your lucky to even get what you got, it was probably just newbie gains. But if you think about it, if you really got some gains, than right there it shows you this shit is possible, so if you want a bigger dick, put the hard work in and let it come.

If your stretching flaccid than your only gonna get a flaccid gains..

I dont know much about erect stretching but anyways,

Jelqing is good for length. Work a 30 minute routine in your schedule everyday.

Flaccid stretching gives you more lig/tunica length to work with, jelqing and such will help fill in those flaccid gains to erect gains. Without the extra flaccid stretch slack it may be harder to get erect gains, but then everyone is different so... *shrugs*.

I've been following in for not even a month now and have gotten gains, it's a great place to start and it helps get you ready for doing more advanced excersizes.
