NewbieX2 and Length Routine
Here we go for my final piece of work...
After some people asked me to replace their photoshopper I hand drawed the new exercise (see attachment).
The new NewbieXs are the stretches, that bring the best of my stretches together without the things that didn't proof useful.
The routine I suggest for these exercises gave me 2cm [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words] in 4 weeks!
Rough routine
1st Girth work...
2nd Kegel work
3rd Length work
Length Part
15-20 minutes of common Stretches in multiple directions (up, right, down, straight ahead, left)
5 minutes Mandingo Stretches (2,5 minutes one side, pause, 2,5 minutes other side)
5 minutes NewbieX2 (2,5 minutes one side, pause, 2,5 minutes other side)
5 minutes NewbieX1 (2,5 minutes one side, pause, 2,5 minutes other side, linked in signature)
Hanging

If you need more force, use the F-Grip (F-Stretches, my signature), but only do that if you know what you are doing!
In the last year I only really gained with DLD Deep Lig Jelqs. Somehow they were pulling on the inner part of the penis instead of only pulling the front ligs. I was gaining with that. Now I invented my new stuff and sometime in the routine it starts to pull on the inner penis too and there were gains coming. I gained from 15cm BPFL to 17cm BPFL in 4 weeks with that and my BPFL is even further from the average BPenis EnlargementL (14,5cm Germany, something below 15cm is the highest in Europe) and I am happy that I did the routine.

About the Rotation in the exercise:
It is similar to a Helicopter Stretch, but only a half rotation, because that grip doesn't allow a full rotation.
